Try being the most they can do because I'm not sure what can kill that guy anymore.
He'd like the DMC crew though. He loves & respects noble strong humans who hold onto their humanity.
Reminds him of the good doctor.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."If anyone can kill a walking personification of a quantum theory, it's Dante.
Disgusted, but not surprisedStyle trumps science. Dante wins.
You say that as if Alucard doesn't have plenty of style.

At the very least I’m pretty sure the crew would figure out a way to seal him away, during which they’d likely try to find a way to get rid of him for good on the side while doing their usual business.
Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets. On the other hand: why would they? Alucard is literally more of a dog on a leash than an uncontrollable dark lord like Mundus or Urizen, so there'd be no reason for them to fight even if Alucard provokes them unless Integra approves of it. Even then Alucard has a huge boner for humanity so he'd definitely go all out to the point of vulnerability for the Sparda bros, Nero, and Lady.
"I'll show you fear, there is no hell, only darkness." My twitterI was assuming an Alucard with no regard for humanity. Regular Alucard would likely stay away from Devil May Cry just because he’d respect them and their mission too much to have a bout with the crew for giggles. The crew, upon learning that Alucard only kills monsters of both the literal and figurative kind, would also just keep tabs on him, but not get in his way.
Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets.I was thinking of a scenario where Alucard somehow breaks free of Hellsing's control and, well, goes back to doing what he was doing before he fell under their control.
Dante would have no qualms about putting him down. And Alucard would probably welcome it.

Disgusted, but not surprisedOK, then frame it like this. Death Battle: Devil May Cry vs the Hellsing Organization
That's a fight.
No actual evidence ever really support how powerful Dante really is but his crossovers feats sometimes paints him as one of the most Capcom characters out there.
This is great.
"You can't change the world without getting your hands dirty."Also there's a rumor from a trustworthy leaker that there will be a Girl's Night Out DLC featuring Lady, Trish and Lucia.
"You can't change the world without getting your hands dirty."Got a link to the source by chance?
So Red Grave is like based on London, so does this make Dante an Englishman?
That would explain his random english accent at certain points in Viewtiful Joe.
"I'll show you fear, there is no hell, only darkness." My twitterIs it just me or do the Novels paint Dante as a massive socially defective asshole?
Loans Devil Arms out to Enzo to pay debts
A: Thats an Asshole thing to do to the D As since most of them vow loyalty to him and are sentient
B: Enzo can't get rid of them cause said Sentient Weapons tend to try and KILL/MAIM their new owners, Meaning he is a pawn shop that can't get reid of merchandise
C: When He finally has the money to buy them back and give Enzo the much needed Cash he wants... He leaves them with Enzo after He loses an arm to one of them. 'IE Dante missing the point'
and finally
Spent 10 years avoiding Lucia even though she'd frequent the office to see him... to the point She doesn't even know how he got out of hell till He pretty much is forced to by the Balrog situation
Look I understand Japanese narrative drama places ALOT of meaning on reunions... but Come the FUCK ON
Thats straight up Bro-Douche Donte levels of Assholery
I'm A Pervert not an Asshole!Anyone else seen the Blood Palace unlocked taunts leaks yet?
Secret SignatureNovel Dante is portrayed as a socially inept self-loathing mess who thinks he doesn't belong with other people.
That's why he's been dodging Patty's 18th birthday party invites. He doesn't think he should be at a party with "normal" people.

Disgusted, but not surprisedI think this is a Hanlon's Razor situation, and that Dante is a bit of a doofus.
And the Girl's Night Out DLC rumour seems to come from the same source from E3 that got everything right about the main game. So...
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."Dante's main character flaw is that he's internalized I Am a Monster due to his demonic heritage. Which makes the moment in V when he absorbs the Sparda with Rebellion and creates his own Devil Arm so significant — it's the moment he truly finally comes to accept his demonic heritage. This is in contrast with Vergil who hated his human heritage and just like Dante, his character arc in V largely revolves around him coming to accept the side of himself he hated. By separating his two halves, Vergil ultimately came to realize just how important his humanity really was.

Disgusted, but not surprisedNo.
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."Dante points at his enemy and styles his hair like Vergil's.
Nero's eyes start glowing yellow, he puts his hood up and makes his best Evil!Nero impression.
V turns his cane into a lightsaber and does damage with it.
Secret SignatureFrom what I recall, Dante did see Lucia after he made it out of the demon world. He just didn't come to see her again until the Balrog incedent. Given his financial problems, he likely doesn't have enough money to keep going to Dumary Island for leisurely visits.
Since Trish and Lady are not Dante's Love interests, Lucia will end up being Dante's secret Baby mama before he went down to hell with Vergil to cut the Quipoth down
It would be such a savage irony that the main female character from the game everyone tried to forget ended up being the one Dante has a kid with.
And the shippers will be pissed.
Watch Symphogear
Hellsing Alucard is an unrepentant mass murdering blood drinking monster.
The moment the DMC crew finds out what he's done, they'd probably try to kill him.
Especially considering Dante's feelings about how important holding on to one's literal and metaphorical humanity is — and Alucard is defined as someone who threw both away a long time ago. Something that even Alucard admits makes him a monster that should be put down by humans.
