I suspect it would require setting up a new table for redlinks. May be feasible, may be not.

On the Frequent Redlinks page, there was a tool to see the top 500 red links, but it hasn't worked in months. Are there any plans on fixing it?
If not, I'd like to suggest creating a list here on the forum of common red links. That way people who have too much time on their hands (like me) can work on correcting them.
