Oooh, neato. Never underestimate speedrunners
I'm gonna look those up later.
I'm quite confident in my shitposting you knowI'd give Quake a speedrun try. Rocket jumping, bunny hopping, strafe junping, diagonal speed boost, etc.

So DOOM's twitter posted a new concept art for DOOM Eternal and damn...
I am not a big W H40k fan...or even a player but I get some vibes. Doom x W H40k crossover when?
Doomguy is definitely an agent of Khorne.
Ukrainian Red CrossJust got an update for PS 4 Doom 1 and 2. The music issue's sorted for one and a new Bethesda menu option's available letting you get some stuff for Doom Eternal.
I'm quite confident in my shitposting you knowThat is pretty cool.
I wonder if I'll get points for playing the earlier games.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...25 years since DOOM II: Hell On Earth was released.
Time sure flies, huh. I was a freakin' toddler back then!
I do wish today was DOOM Eternal's release date to perfectly coincide with Doom II's release but extra time on polishing is good either way.

Yep, holy cow, I took the plunge and downloaded the first three Doom games on the Xbox Store (the recent rerelease), so it won't be too long before I start making my Road to DOOM Eternal series.
... Seriously, I wanna do that so bad.
And on another note, I actually loathe '16 Pinkies in the Classic Maps. They can be ridiculously difficult to kill sometimes.

Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...You should also try to buy Final Doom in some way if you can.
I'm quite confident in my shitposting you knowI have it in my Steam Library. So, once I get that new computer, I should be good.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...Awesome. Get ready for that too. Just extract the wad file and put it in a good source port
I was gonna suggest also get Doom Classic Complete for PS 3 but that's been delisted. Thanks Bethesda
I'm quite confident in my shitposting you knowHey Mighty Kombat, ever owned D!Zone back in the 90s? When internet was way more primitive than now, some publications would compile levels, fan custom levels for games like Doom, Duke Nukem, Quake and put them on a disc.
Yeah I heard about it. Never tried htem myself tho.
I'm quite confident in my shitposting you knowThey're not much, but it was during 90's where internet speeds meant downloading WA Ds was... limited to those who really could. Distributing discs was the best way to spread maps around.
Fortunately, internet access is much better presently and you can just simply dl them
Also, here's something unusual I learned: I know nothing about this Critical Role but in partnership with Bethesda, Matthew Mercer on 20th November will host a DOOM Eternal one-shot, a live game and all that stuff.
Tabletop, like D&D and Doom Eternal collide??? Unusual but... I'd watch it even if I don't watch others, since anything Doom Eternal sets off my radar

And now you've reminded me to watch more of Critical Role at some point.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...Hey G2, saw this video yet?
Interesting observations from multiplayer maps, how they tie into the lore and other stuff.
For those who can't access (and Twitter link):
Eternal delayed until March 20th, Switch version pushed back further with no date, 64 will be preorder bonus launching same date.

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."That news does in fact, blow chunks.
It honestly really sucks, because now I'll have to double-check my work rota to see if the new date is feasible for me to pick up the game on the day.

Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else......well, extra polish is nice which is rare considering today's landscape and such.
Oh well, more time to wait I guess.
I am sorta worried about the month they're releasing the game in. It's packed to the brim with so many other big name titles.

Look it on the bright side, at least this means that bugs and other stuff will be sorted out by the time Doom Eternal is released.
Considering the amount of games that launch with bugs at release, this means that the developers took their stance on the matter and insisted on making sure the game delivered.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, maybe we should try to find the absolutes that tie us.Huh, that is unfortunate, but, I do think we can all agree that a bit more time to make it right — optimally without grinding the workers involved into paste with a deathsprint of crunch, which more time can also afford — is for the best.
And honestly, in a weird way, I am also kinda relieved a little bit, just because this Holiday season is packed to the throat with way too goddamn high profile releases. Doom Eternal being pushed back like this kinda frees up my future schedule just a little bit, and personally I can't say that's not something of a relief right now.
Hmm.
I was intending to get this for the Switch because I don't have a PS4 or XBone, but now I'm reconsidering. I do intend to get a PS5, which is confirmed to be fully backwards compatible with the PS4; with a 20/03/2020 release date, and the fact that the special edition apparently won't be on the Switch, I might just get the PS4 version in advance.
Ukrainian Red Cross
I saw some Doom 3 speedruns, on a game that's not meant to be speedy, that were just mind blowing. I never knew you could be so fast in that game!
