This is why I promised myself I'd never browse TV Tropes while exhausted.

Man, I know it's just a reskin, and there probably aren't any lines, and I don't know if there's a Wii version, but that's the second most awesome pirate-as-a-jedi that I've ever seen.

I think I set my calendar off... a few months...

According to comments on the page, this appears to be serious. Weird, huh?

As long as I can say "Guybrush Threepwood, Mighty Jedi," and "I'm selling these fine Wampa skin jackets," I'll be fine.

I bet he fights like a Nerf Herder.

What's next, Darth LeChuck?

...would be pretty awesome, actually.

I thought only the Jedi could come back as ghosts.

Guybrush can do that too

Chapter 5 Tales Of Monkey Island spoilers aside...

Perhaps he can come back as a cybernetically-enhanced zombie.

Like Vader, but with a cooler beard.

Having only read about Monkey Island, and having not played The Force Unleashed...

I can only say that this is insanely hilariously awesome on an infinite number of levels.

Well, Jedi already tend to exchange verbal barbs whilst lightsaber dueling, so...

I must have been living under a rock but when did Lucasarts get back together with SCUM? I'm glad they're supporting Adventure Puzzle games again.

Actually, they worked with Telltale on the most recent Monkey Island games.

And Guybrush appropriated it for Monkey Island.

The better line would have been "Thats the second biggest spaace station I've ever seen".

Although I must say, The Force would have made the older games much easier.

Lucasarts really needs to include more stuff like this into their games.

Also, Darth Lechuck whould be AWSOME.

I can imagine it now:

  • "You fight like a moisture farmer!"
  • "How appropriate. You fight like a moisture evaporator."
  • "Huh?"

So: Guybrush as a Jedi, Darth LeChuck, and Morgan LeFlay as a bounty hunter.

Y/N?
