-The ones hit by the glaives splatter against them like...insects hitting a fan. Not much of a different metaphor I can make here, seriously-

-The ores here seem to be hardened particularly well, so it takes more dedicated mining to extract a good chunk-

-Of course, the miners' jobs are a biiiiiiit harder than expected since Jhenny seems to be trying to emulate Will's stunts with minor leaps into the air and splashes onto the ground, kicking up a lot of sand and minor quakes-

-Further down the path that was mapped out to be the intended Jhen Mohran driving route, Igno can see the vague outlines of a large gathering of Jaggi, surrounding a Jaggi far bigger than he's likely seen before. They...appear to be doing a ritualistic dance or just plain taunting someone or something, judging by their crowing and excessive headbobbing and stomping-

-Charges along-

(Joseph puts away the bowgun after a few moments. He tries to stabilize himself and starts mining one of the crystals.)

Ram: -Holds on and keeps parasites off the miners-

-Wrath shrugs to Igno, and charges at the Jaggi-

-Xera and Titan are where people are, since well I still have to recap-

-Thanks to the teamwork shown today, all the people mining have at least a fistful of ore on them now. Even just this much could probably be worth hundreds of thousands of z-

-Upon seeing what Will did, the Jhen Mohran attempts to follow suit...but only manages to land on its side, causing an even larger quake and sand spray-

-Better pray you have a very good foothold or can fly, hunters-

-Those few people charging forth would get a better picture of their foes, and what the other guy was hollering about-

-The small Jaggis seem to be gripping tools that were left behind, such as pickaxes and barbecue spits, with their claws. They also have minor bits of armor covering their vounerables, attached with just grit and dino spit-

-The Biggest Jaggi◊ seems to have actual armor attached to its hide, fashioned its hair into a mowhawk, paint on its face, and a pair of rusted swords in its clawed fingers. And upon seeing Igno and Ken...or rather, hearing "Ken Stormhide" in this case, he points at those people charging and starts loudly screeching. Were anyone to understand him, they'd be able to hear "Herald of Jaggi Killings! Here! Go, get them!"-

-All the small jaggis thus screech back and charge at all the running hunters, with the pointed ends of their crude weapons aimed right at there-

Ram: -Very nearly falls off, grabbing a bit of embedded or to keep from hitting the sand-

Will: ~hears the massive rumble behind him and actually turns around while surfing forward~

-The Jaggi unfortunate to find itself in front of Igno and Shepard is going to have a bad time-

-The Lance Igno's wielding is clearly longer than its little improvised weapon-

-And it's approaching at Arcanine speeds-

Duram!Xene: Holy sh– *puts the mined crystals away, quickly pulls his Glaives back and fuses them, stabs the Geneticlasher into the Jhen Mohran's back, and holds onto the embedded sword with his one hand*

*his Duramboros-armor-enhanced grip should be sufficiently strong to prevent from getting flung off*

-Titan joins shepard in charging the Jaggi's spinning its blade like a lawnmower-

-Wrath jumps into the air and does a dropkick at the Jaggis, with enough force to leave a fiery crater in his wake-

(Joseph still holds onto the crystal on the Jhen Morgan's back, hoping for the turbulence to end.)

-While they try and keep themselves held up, a few of the other hunters fell off, they were quickly caught by the ships or flying hunters-

-Thankfully, the Jhen Mohran eventually rights itself and keeps following Will, making everything stabilized again-

-Will gets a Jhen Mohran roar of greeting as response-

-The majority of the Jaggi bandits are subsequently spitted by Ken and Igno, sliced to pieces by Titan, run over by Shepard, or crushed by Wrath's divekick-

-The Great Jaggi General seems rather displeased at this turn of events, and screeches out another order to his pack-

-A few more Jaggis run forth at our hunters while screeching, this time carrying explosives and flash bombs left out in the deserts, in some sort of suicide bomber act-

Ken: ~takes a deep breath and spits a large blot of water into the sand in front of the charging Jaggis~
