(And so, with everything going on, the Graysons and the Lightspeed Rangers head back to Mariner Bay.)

(As soon as Golomois recovered, he received the Lunara Gem, allowing both that power and his own to revive his tribe. As an added bonus, Rika is resurrected, as Jumma Demoness Arcadiarika◊. She still prefers to be called "Rika" among her closest allies, however.)

(As for Michael, he became one of the new generals, and in addition to his firefighting work, he spent time between that work, working with Golomois, and living with Melody and adopted son Takeshi. Golomois also lifted his curse.)

(Victoria, due to her outburst, was suspended from Lightspeed for three months until she calmed down. She strived to do better, especially now that her mother has become akin to a deity. She still has time to raise her kids, including Andreus, as well as becoming a model.)

(Alyx returned to Arkenea, job well done, and he ruled until he had to give up the throne. He's travelling with his wife, Hayley, and their friends.)

(As for Catherine...)

(Two years later...)

(Catherine is sitting at the balcony. Her old home has been destroyed, the mystery finally solved. She thinks about the times she had with her friends and family...)

(...then Kotohime shows up)

Kotohime: Hi, Catherine! (hugs her)

Catherine: Hey. (hugs and kisses her)

Kotohime: How's everything?

Catherine: Fantastic. I just had a meeting with Golomois and Arcadiarika—I mean Rika. And while there were some troubles, we dealt with it the best we could. No killing, of course.

(she chuckles)

Kotohime: Yes, well...you ever thought about the future? Like...having a child?

Catherine: I admit, sometimes. But...a Ranger's work is never done, it seems. Not that I'm complaining.

(she adjusts her wedding ring)

Kotohime: Well...I'm glad that there hasn't been any more tragedies.

Catherine: Yes. Oh, yes...after the fight, Udonna showed up. She offered me a chance to become a Lightspeed Spirit Co-Guardian with Matt, since I...ascended. (she chuckles)

Kotohime: What did you say?

Catherine: I politely turned it down, telling her that while it's a nice offer, I need to do my own duties for the moment. She understood.

(they smile)

Catherine: ...heh. Well...we finally have some alone time. And I'm glad I married you.

Kotohime: So am I. (blushes)

Catherine: Yeah. I love you.

(And so, the two kiss. Even though the roles have now changed, with Kotohime being the mortal one and Catherine the—albeit uncursed—immortal one, life has remained the same. They remain happily married, and Catherine has kept her promise to Golomois, doing her part of a happy, peaceful union between human and demon.)
