ITT: We are our avatars.

-The tendrils get cut off by the Rangers' attacks, keeping the attack at bay. However, new ends spawn from the hole in the ground. One of them grabs Rika's foot in a painful vicegrip, and attempts to launch her across the room. Meanwhile, a tree of tendrils branches out to attack the Lightspeed Rangers from all sides, keeping them from moving. The tendrils seem to leave Catherine alone, however, granting her an open path to Golomois.-

(meanwhile, Catherine goes to Golomois, calmly)

Catherine: I would like to know why you're trying to kill my friends and family. I won't hurt you if need be...

A!Rika: Simple! (she grabs a Pokeball...yes, she has some of her team) Let's go, Swampert!

(a Swampert pops up)

Swampert: Swamp!

A!Rika: Swampert, join Andreus and put out the fire!

(Swampert does so, trying to take care of the fire. Meanwhile, Rika tries to free the Lightspeed Rangers with her bare hands)

Alyx: ...oh, Riks. (he tries to shoot the tendrils, and the Lightspeed Rangers try to do the same)

Kris: It was clinging to the sock, and I needed to get rid of it... Damn thing was attracting people who wanted to shoot me... It's not like I had a choice... Though, the trashcan was just chance.
