Maybe I'm wrong for feeling sympathy for him, it's just that I'm a law student, I've seen just how utterly exhausting a prolonged legal battle is even when your lawyer is perfectly competent and ethical.

Which is not to say Vic deserves anything less than being punished by the full extent of the law, don't get me wrong.

I think the emotion your feeling is more pity.

Cause yeah he did some really bad stuff but it is pretty fucked up he was screwed out of decent legal representation because of 2 crooks.

Nah its pretty simple.

Either there's an entire conspiracy of VA's & companies conspiring against a single man orrrrrr........ the one guy really is a douche.

I've never heard of any companies bringing up evidence against him, just individuals.

Or it could be entirely somewhere in the middle, which is the most likely thing, as some of the allegations are very much criminal but nothing has been filed to my knowledge.

He is very clearly not squeaky clean, by his own admission IIRC, but how scummy is very much up in the air.

At this point I’m going to let the legal system take its course. Which they apparently plan to finish doing before month’s end.

Hot take. Teasing Master Takagi makes me feel unformatable. Takagi gaslighting Nishitaka at one point doesn't really help, and the fact that the audience is supposed to find it cute unsettles me.

Gimme a chapter. I need context.

I think people are reading too much in the situation. OR Takagi is actually Dio's daughter and has the world which she has been using to her advantage

I think a little, her actions are obviously benign and meant to be affectionate, it's kinda the chemistry they have that attracts them to one another.

The dastardly Takagi interpretation is weird to me

Its more the fact he just keeps coming back for more. Every slight tease every one up he MUST always come back, HE MUST WIN!

Early chapters do come off as mean, like insanely mean, but they get better by a lot as the artist settled in on who the characters are.

Time for something less controversial: Oldest Shonen Protagonist?

Funny how a genre (in)famous for exclusively having teenagers and yound adults as protagonists has it's roots with a series where the MC is already a Grandpa.
