It's a game that you play for the cutscenes. Not the story, but the cutscenes. Every character has loads of personality and you just can't wait to see what new eccentric assassin is waiting for you on the next corner. Other than that, it's like the Wanted of videogames, only it takes itself less seriously and whatever it might say to the player comes off as mischeavous rather than heavy handed and mean spirited You Sucks.
Edit: Wanted the comic. The movie is very different.

I do like the game itself though. Waggle and simple button pressed done right. plus, "F*CKHEAD" "my SPLEEN!!" "I'm still a virgin!!"
The sad, REAL American dichotomySo, this game comes out next week, right?
It comes out the 26th, I think. I'll be there, that's for sure. The first one is one of my favorite games, even if has some appalling desing choices that I'm not exactly sure they were done on purpose.
Who the heck is this character◊? She shows up on the wiki and is claimed to be a new character in the game, but I haven't seen her in a trailer or anything like that.
Oh, and I find her resemblance to Suigintou striking.
I think she showed up in one of the trailers with Henry in it.
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaThen I'm at a loss... If you know which one it is, can you do me a favor and link me towards it?
The game received an 8.8 from IGN
The sad, REAL American dichotomySo. Freaking. Excited.

(debates on waiting until his game arrives (next week) or watching the playthrough now)

Yeah, seriously. And for anoyone curious, the video doesn't show combat or anything, just showing off Travis' apartment and a Touhou and anime parody.
mmmmmmm no^ You mean Pure White Lover Bizarre Jelly, or something else?
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaYeah, it's still Pure White Lover Bizarre Jelly.
mmmmmmm noAm I the only one who noticed the boss theme was a remix of that one song from No More Heroes 1 that plays during most of the levels?
Does this mean that Travis loves Pure White Lover Bizzare Jelly 5 so much that he's practically made it his theme music?

I feel so sad. We don't even have NMH 2 yet, and it's the 26th. There's not even a release date yet. And from what I've seen, this looks amazing.
The perks of living in Australia.
Well, I hate to break it to you, but there is no "big lie", there is no "system". The universe is indifferent.Amen good friend. Amen.
A corpse should be left well enough alone...Hypothetical: what if it will never be an Aussie release?
Wait, no, I'd rather not think about that. D:
Well, I hate to break it to you, but there is no "big lie", there is no "system". The universe is indifferent. Is that something that ever happens? I can't think of any case in recent memory where a game was released in the US but not here.
Try to imagine living in Sweden...
DON'T SPOIL K?
Wait, this came out today? Holy crap, I thought it wouldn't come out for a while. I got to get it now!

I hate exams week and I hate the distinct possibility I may or may not pass them all. if it was up to me, I'd spend all my studying time buying and playing this.
Hasn't Australia still not got Pokemon Diamond/Pearl?
Anyway, I'd totally go snag it, but I'm dirt poor. :( I have some Christmas money left, but I'm saving that for either HeartGold or Monster Rancher DS; whichever drops first.
Also, games seem to take a while to get out here.
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaHmm, can't find a release date for Europe either. It's a shame that it's always the same that get the shaft. Even though Europe has already become a bigger market (last time I checked).
Oh well, can't be helped. Better avoid spoilers and be patient.
I got my copy.
It is fun.
@Registered: In some ways, NMH is "Youtube Poop: The Game." It's weird, it's repetive, and you have no idea why it's making you laugh.
