If you are one of those that don't, consider getting one. It keeps tracks of all the music you listen to in neat, pretty charts, and recommends you new music (and oftentimes, it's actually good) based on your charts. Furthermore, Last.fm has a lot of tracks that you can play for free, and a paid subscription gives you even more access. And just as important, a profile lets you interact with the millions of other Last.fm users out there, so you can meet people at concerts, chat with them online, give them a shoutout on their profile, etc. It's all good. :)

It's kinda weird that there's no such option to block such requests. Even querying support search with "invite do not want" yields nothing useful.

And oh hey, I have invites. I don't know if I'll accept them, because I use Last.fm just for flames nowadays, so my name will just be cluttering your profiles, people.

Well, I don't wanna block. It's just that so many people will add you as a friend just because you have high compatibility and the like. I mean, if someone's gonna be on my friend list, I'd like to have talked to them on either Last.fm or some other site beforehand.
