This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

I tried to edit a page and it said I was suspended? I haven’t edited a page in a few weeks or so...do you happen to know what might of happened for me to get suspended?
I was trying to add something to Repurposed Pop Song, but it said my edit privileges for "this area" were suspended. I saw the private message about a ZCE in Pole Position, so I wanted to fix that, but the same thing happened. What exactly did I do to get suspended, and is there any way I can make it right? Also, how long will it last?

EDIT: I got a PM that gave me a list of Frequently Asked Questions, but that doesn't really help me. However, after checking "What To Do If You're Suspended" again, I do remember a recent edit to an article (I don't remember which one, but I do think it's about a family production) where I removed swearing, and commented out the same example it was on because it was a ZCE. If this is what the suspension is about, I feel I was justified in making this edit, since families use this site, too. I will say that articles about family productions shouldn't have swearing in them, but for this thread about appealing bans and suspensions, that's neither here nor there. Is this why I have been suspended, or is there another reason?

~tropower: Actually, the suspension is for a variety of editing issues listed in this ATT topic. You also received plenty of notifications about many of these problems.

About Little Moments; essentially that guy was spamming his fanfic (which promoted INCEST, mind you) and saying how superior it was to my own. In a moment of rage, I...kinda just did that

Okay, I understand now. In response to each one:
I'm sorry if my edit reason on UFO Baby came off as hostile. That was not my intention. However, since families also use this site as I mentioned before, I wonder if something can be done, or if some kind of compromise can be reached.
As for "numerous context problems", I try to add as much context as I can, but sometimes, I feel that some things are self explanatory. On the other hand, it's also not a good idea to "over-explain" things either. However, I understand the rules about ZCEs, and I'll be careful next time. As for my edit on Pole Position, that was an oversight on my part, and I'm willing to correct my mistake.
For indentation, sometimes I don't know when to add a bullet point, or when not to. Yes, I will admit that. However, I was trying my best to do indentation right. I don't feel this was something to suspend me over. If I didn't do indentation right, someone could either fix my mistake, or send me a PM, and I'll fix it myself. In any case, I do understand the rules about indentation
As for 4Kids, okay, so I understand the potholing reason. I'll be sure to avoid that now. However, if anything, I think that perhaps both the English and Japanese names/terms could be mentioned, as well as the differences between the two versions, and what might be wrong with the English version compared to what was intended. There's nothing wrong with that, right?
Now, for the most part, I try to correct my mistakes if I am ever sent PMs about them. In any case, I understand what happened now, so can I get unsuspended so I can fix my mistake in the Pole Position article, or how long will it last?

Listen ~Berrenta, I know what I did was wrong. Yes, the ship in general is wrong, but I shouldn't tarnish an entire page because of it being wrong. I just want to add a few sections to my fanfic's page and just be on my way. I barely use this site, and I just want to...make the page feel more complete. And that's all I intend to do.
I permanent banned from the foruns ? I asking for permission,to post at least on the video game and anime parts, is only the movie one that triggers me.
If I perma banned forever from everthing at least say it.
