Support. Recommend Baby Language for title.

Supporting a hard split. They're two separate tropes and I've seen them both in action.

"Baby Talk" and "Baby Language" is keen.

It looks like we're pretty much agreed, then. So...um...what do we do now? I'm kind of new at this. Do we get a mod's attention, or just launch a YKTTW for the second trope, or what?

My suggestions:
- Don't touch the original trope yet.
- Launch a YKTTW for "Baby Language", explaining that this is a split of Baby Talk.
- Collect examples, copying the examples from Baby Talk that would better fit this trope.
-
Profit!Launch new trope, and remove the doubled examples from Baby Talk.

This seems to have been resolved. Could someone please close this discussion?

I think there are actually two separate tropes involved here: The butchered English associated with babies and small children, and the idea of babies having their own "language" before they ever learn English (like the Rugrats example). The trope description, however, gives one sentence about the latter while going on to prattle about the former with no transition, making it a little confusing. This definitely needs to be cleaned up somehow, but should we do a hard split or a soft one?
