What do you mean by 'ruining the building'? If you mean burning it, it was those guys fault. - Points at Ryu and Heat Miser - Oh, and that's my brother, Heat Miser.

Meanwhile Snow Miser said it, Heat Miser was in the background speaking.

The snowball stops, and from inside you can hear Bowser's voice.
