IMO: The divisions should be not nearly so rigid in the description, and the examples need no such distinction.

Saying Too Much appears to be the same thing as this.

Bumping,
I don't think it is the same thing as Saying Too Much because saying too much may be revealing something about another person where Accidental Public Confession is revealing too much about your in universe self.
