I want to write two stories about two franchises that deserve that the characters should grow up.
1) Despicable Me: I think it should sound fair that the daughters of Gru can grow up, even I was considering that Edith can become a villain at some point.
2) Hotel Transylvania: Is easy for a vampire to keep young for centuries, but, what about Johnny? How he will manage the fact that Mavis will never get old and that his son will grow very slowly?...
She just bites him when he's growing old enough?
There's this one Loud House fic by Flagg1991 (something like that is the author's username) Where the characters start out in the 1950s or 60s and it goes from that decade up to the early 2000s. Can't remember the name of it though.

As I've been trying to take a break from the mundanity of Comic-Book Time and Not Allowed to Grow Up tropes, what are some of the suggestions for fanfics WHERE time moves naturally and not in a floating timeline, as well as the characters actually growing up chronologically and reflect a change in their character.
Any fandoms like Pokémon, DC, Marvel, or any anime in general, etc. are appreciated!
