100% revert
.....yeah definitely revert. Logo is far superior to a pretty generic office building (it's not like it's even iconic like the WB water tower or the TV Tokyo building something :/ )

Definite revert.
"As long as I have my comrades with me, I can do anything!" (She/Her) (Current Focus: Cleaning Hell Is That Noise misuse)Revert, though I think that logo is also used for Creator.Bandai Namco Holdings.
Not sure if it's okay to overlap like that, but just thought it should be mentioned

If it does we could go with the one with the tag line on it for the entertainment page?
Ignore

While I will vote to remove the building, I'm gonna go against reverting back to current logo. While it is better than the building, the text on the current logo images on both Bandai Namco Entertainment (and by extension, Bandai Namco Holdings) are difficult to see in dark mode.
May I suggest using these instead? These are official variants that look better transparent-wise.
For Bandai Namco Entertainment:

~Tylerbear 12 — Do you mean 10.1 for Bandai Namco Entertainment? Creator.Bandai Namco is a redirect to Bandai Namco Holdings.
I'd like to apologize for all this.
Yes. Went ahead and corrected the post. Apologies.

10.1 FTW
, & I still like full suggestion in 10, i.e 10.1 for Bandai Namco Entertainment and 10.2 for Bandai Namco Holdings

As the individual who originally replaced the image, I would like to add in my two cents:
The original reasoning behind me replacing the image was because Bandai Namco Holdings (the holding company), Bandai Namco Entertainment (the video game company), and Bandai Namco Filmworks (formerly Sunrise, the animation company) currently share the exact same "red text box" logo.
I was trying to create a Holdings page to act as a "Bandai Namco" disambiguation (and a temporary dump site for Holdings properties misattributed to Entertainment), and found out this issue. Because I remembered that TV Tropes doesn't allow two pages to share the same image, and in the interest of further disambiguating between Holdings and Entertainment, I added the company building to show that it is about Bandai Namco Entertainment, the game company. I wasn't sure if you're allowed to show two images in the intro, so I collapsed the original logo in a collapsed quote.
Given what has been discussed, I feel like there is no clean image choice solution that can fulfill all of my current desired qualities for the images of these pages:
- Up-to-date; (outdated Bandai Namco logos can distinguish BNH and its subsidiaries, but they are outdated)
- Clearly distinguishes between Bandai Namco and its subsidiaries; (up-to-date BNH & subsidiary logos are all identical)
- Does not use extraneous "office building" images ("office buildings" distinguishes BNH & subsidiaries, but, as discussed, are not TV Tropes' style)
IMO, #10's "red text box logo" proposals currently fail to clearly distinguish between Bandai Namco and its subsidiaries. Personally, I feel that the "path of least annoyance" here is to just use an outdated logo; we can use the outdated "red & yellow blobs" BNE logo to represent the game company, and leave the "red text box logo" for Holdings.

The image got changed from a picture of their logo...
...to this picture of their headquarters:
The previous image is still in a note, but I don't see the point of the current image.
