No, it doesn't. Never Live It Down is an audience reaction trope about people refusing to move on from characters doing something specific. This quote has nothing to do with the concept. At best it's Once Done, Never Forgotten.

The song "The Honeymoon is Over" by The Cruel Sea contains the lyrics:
'cause the kind of fool you made me, girl, I'll never live it down!
I added it to the page a while ago, but just noticed it's been commented out as a Zero Context Example, which... confused me. I would have thought the context, such as it is, was perfectly clear from the quoted lyrics. As to whether there was any kind of RL incident behind them, I don't know and I'm not sure why it would matter.
