I think this is a funny counterpoint to the Doctor Doom sketch he did where Doom had no real solutions to any of the world's issues and settles for Taco Tuesday.

However, Doctor Doom had a point about wanting to end slavery since sadly there are some horrible people who continue slavery secretly either by sexual exploitation or force labor. Heck, there was a news from Brazil in 2020 where a rich couple were arrested for enslaving a woman as their servant for 22 years!
