So, questions I had:
- What would be a good age range for the characters? The description said "girls", so I assume under 18, and I also assume there must be some lower limit so we're not playing literal babies.
- What does "how well does your character go" mean in the personality section?
- How did the characters get invited to the island?
- Presuming the characters are under 18, where are their parents during all this?

The age range of the main characters is between 18-45. Take note that all characters must be over the age of 18 in the roleplay.
How your character interacts with other characters. It's a simple matter of saying what your character generally relate with other characters.
The story of the roleplay begins when the main cast arrives on the island for a vacation via a ferry. The instigating event of the story stars when a strange storm envelops the island, destroying the ferry and cutting off all escape routes from the island.
The first part of the story is that the main cast are bewildered, frightened and distraught. They wander around the interior of the island, desperately finding construction materials for a raft as they struggle to survive and avoid the perils of the island until the Mother of the Sea is encountered
Are skills meant to be things like hunting, wilderness trekking, engineering, martial arts, etc, or can skills include physical things like acrobatics or athletics?
The skills are supposed to mundane skills that would normally be learned by humans. Don't let your characters be overpowered and do whatever they want in the story that breaks it.
Gotcha.
My questions:
1. From the way you word it, only humans are allowed species wise. I'm assuming the hair color thing can be chalked up to hair dye. Is this the case, and are human hybrids allowed? I'm talking about a human with nonhuman ancestry that goes back like 1000 years ago hybrid, so mostly human and a tiny tiny hint of nonhuman (like 1-3% nonhuman genes, no powers would be shown from this little after all).
2. Why is it that only girls are allowed? Is there an in universe reason for this? This seems... oddly selective for a being desperately needing help. You would think they would take any help they can get.
3. What's up with the clothing restriction? That makes no sense. Even if I willingly ignore logic, surely there would be girls who would go to the island for non vacation reasons. Why not include them as well? Besides, the non vacation ones could bring in skills that could come in handy later on.
4. What would you consider fantastical skills? I can think of many different useful skills, and I'm not sure what you mean by that.
5. How on earth will these normal girls deal with magic and other fantasy stuff without a lick of magic or superpowers?! Honestly, it seems impossible, even if we ignore a lot of logic...
I have no idea what to put here, oh well!Non-human hybrids are not allowed in the setting. The reason is that, in the context of the RP's setting, the mermaids are a rather insular and isolated species/civilization. They rarely went out of the boundaries of the island, except for certain moments they needed to collect food from the sea.
In the context of the RP's setting, the gender restriction is a result of the island of Paradise is an uncharted, fleeting and mystical island where no male can set foot. Hence, the Mother of the Sea could only draw a gaggle of girls on a vacation to the island through manipulation of fate with her limited powers.
In the context of the RP's setting, the clothing restriction is the result of the girls being on a vacation. They only brought light, casual clothes and beachwear as they only expect to stay on the island for a few days. Besides, it is difficult to pinpoint the island of Paradise as it is an uncharted, fleeting, and mystical island.
Fantastical skills are magical or superhuman skills. The main cast shouldn't have innate superpowers or learn magic at the beginning of the story until the Mother of the Sea bestows magic at a certain point.
The main cast would react accordingly with the situations. They are frightened and worried, forced to use their own resourcefulness and their skills to deal with perils, supernatural situations and other fantastical happenings.
My main worry is that the given settings is... too restrictive for anyone to make diverse characters. A gaggle of normal girls going on vacation narrows it down a lot. Even if you do get a diversity of skills... it seems like the odds are stacked against the girls. Realistically speaking, there is NO WAY normal girls are going to survive magic and various magical threats with nothing more than their skills and utter lack of life experience relative to adults.
The island seems to be really really picky given their desperate need for outside help... and logically working men and woman make way more sense in terms of being actually helpful. They would have more skills and could deal with the various situations better.

Ah, my apologies for not clarifying the setting. It's heavily assumed that all the girls are over 18 who are either in college or currently working in the setting. The characters are relatively inexperienced, but competent and resourceful.
can i be a boy
she magnificent my bastard till i complete on her monsterCan I come in a hazmat suit
Well, that’d be jus’ a waste. Why would ya want to deprive the world of such anomaly as yourself? You already written down your character as female back in the Sign-Up thread.
No. The setting of the RP requires it as a vacation, not a scientific investigation.
Well, considering my character is going to a scientist, don't you think it would be appropriate if she owns one as a swimsuit? They're made from rubber and would be very similar to a scuba diving suit in practice, so you could just consider it different aesthetic theming. Plus their buoyancy and protective qualities would be important in case of emergencies on a deserted island. Who knows when the girls might get trapped in some kind of tragic scenario, like a whirlpool that takes them into an underwater cave measuring at levels of over 1,000 mSv.

Alright, it's acceptable. But make sure your character has a justification in owning one as. And be sure to sign-up at the sign-up thread.
So just to check in, are we still alive? Because I've been waiting to see if anyone else was going to post before putting my next bit in.
It's clearly a case of backroom political albumizing.Nobody is playing the game. I received not messages whatsoever from the other players.

Welcome. I am Adept Gaderius, the GM for the RP. This is a thread to ask and discuss about anything in the roleplay, so feel free to drop by any questions regarding the RP. I will be posting updates and new information of the RP in this thread.
Paradise is a tropical island in the South Seas, uncharted to man. At the center of the island is Mount Chimney, a volcano that functions as a prison for the Great Behemoth. Surrounding the volcano is a lush, vibrant jungle that hides many wonders and dangers all around.
