Even though it was obvious that nobody would wanna be associated with the cult in hindsight, the pain of rejection is still evident on her face.

She would've listened to Kirby... But then she heard that the goddess Aqua is planning to remedy this-
... by getting directly involved with an unstable, angry-looking strong-arm of a man that looks just short of any excuses to LASH out, via making glowy bits show on his body.
The Devil Hunter, in true Kobeni fashion, panic.
"W-w-w-wwwwwWHYYYY DID YOU DO THAT?!? N-n-now HE'S LOOKING AT US, AN- AAAAAAAAHHHHH!"
Not wanting to be anywhere near the melting pot of violence, Kobeni does the only smart thing she could do at that moment... via hesitantly bringing out an honest-to-goodness knife out of her suit and very shakily pointing it at the traumatized super soldier with her two hands in presumed self-defense!
Hey, nobody say a panicked Kobeni is smart.
"D-D-D-D-Don't come near us! I'M WARNING YOU!"
... As if Aqua isn't enough, now there's a very panicky woman brandishing a very dangerous and obviously lethal weapon at the guy that's just seconds away from being a powder keg.

Daisy Buchanan: Outside Tavern A and on Shantae the Elephant
"Oh! I don't know what a Gormotti is though," Daisy said. Her gut was correct. "Are they... cat people? You know, because of the ears?"
Then in the corner of her eye, Daisy saw a blue-haired girl in a mini-skirt and cape, and a man in a green suit with wide, plane-like wings climb up Shantae.
"And look at that, more people are riding this elephant..."
Daisy looks around and spots this round pink thing with a face approaching Shantae. She couldn’t wrap her mind around its appearance and it frightened her.
"Wait, what is that pink thing?!" Daisy pointed at Kirby agitatedly.

"...Wow, Crybaby actually attacked him!" Mai said as she grabbed two bottles of alcohol from behind the bar. Priorities, after all. This place is about to erupt into a real bar fight, and she's not drunk enough yet to join a real bar fight. Besides, this wasn't the Pao Pao Cafe where Richard Meyer would only weep as the regulars trashed his bar. It was then that someone with a chimneyfoot showed up to ask them who the bartender was.
"There doesn't seem to be a bartender... I think it is time for us to leave~" Mai told Stocking, Trevor, and the newly joined Hunk and Chimneyfoot as she began sneaking out the back of the bar with her spoils. These bars usually had a backdoor to sneak out from after all.

Wizard Needs Food Badly

Shantae smiled at Kirby as the small puffball approached, then trumpeted happily and moved to gently scoop up the Star Warrior into her trunk. Holding Kirby gently and rubbing him on the head affectionately, she put him gently onto her head and began to walk, following Teemo and looking around the city.
As the group walked, following the Yordle scout, the commotion at the tavern grew louder and louder. Shantae groaned and started to pick up the pace, trying not to outpace Teemo but trying to make tracks to get away from the tavern before things went south faster.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.

Wait. Oh NO. He would NOT allow them to leave without him, nor would he let this girl's...magic outdo him! Oh, and also given the ruckus going on in the tavern getting out of there ASAP was a priority, but he wasn't all that concerned about that. Ninja, after all.
And besides, she had threatened him! She deserved to be shown up.
With a few clicks, the artificial shell on Donnie's back transformed, turning into what resembled a jetpack. In a second, he was airborne, and caught up to the group just as quickly, giving those riding elephant-Shantae a smug smile.
"Oh, sure, magic might turn a girl into an elephant, but science can make a turtle fly!" Grinning, he spun around in the air just to emphasize his point, before boosting ahead just for kicks.

Nia, Leaving the Tavern: Inferiority Complex Much?
Nia should have seen Daisy's response coming, in hindsight. She replied to the rich (in Jazz Age standards) girl, "Well, that's one way of saying it."
Then the pink puffball makes his appearance and Nia's reaction is more bewildered rather than frightful. She did admit that he looked cute, but she didn't say it outright. She just simply shrugged and moved on.
At least, she would have if some turtle with an apparent inferiority complex showed up with a device that grants him flight. Nia glared at the turtle's boasting, reminding her of one Zeke von Genbu and his own bravado. So much so that she instinctively calls him out on it (while calling him by the nickname of her... associate), "No one cares, Shellhead!"

Dark Sun, what choices have I...?
Whatever progress Enty might have made at getting 'Chestnut' (as he'd apparently been christened) to calm down was thwarted by the man's violent outburst, though he at least seemed to recognize that it was more 'threatened animal' than 'bloodthirsty nut'. Of course, that information wasn't reassuring, especially as Aqua decided to naively pour more fuel onto the flames.
"...Are you two back there stupid?" he asked, waving a hand in the general direction of Aqua and Kobeni, though he didn't turn to look at either. "Well, I suppose it's inevitable at this point..."
With one hand, he lifted the mask from his face, raising it into the air. "Tetrakarn!" In a flash, it disappeared in blue flames, replaced with...something. It appeared for too short a time to get a good look at, but it appeared to be some vaguely humanoid figure with hooves and an oversized sword. It spun the sword, and what looked like a wall of light flashed around the boy, before the figure disappeared once again, the mask reappearing on the boy's face. The boy returned to a readied position, clearly knowing something was about to go down.
Many of the bystanders about the tavern had apparently had the same idea to get the hell out, and were beginning to crowd the exit. A few managed to get through the door and run, but at this point there were enough people trying to leave that they'd begun to get in each other's way.
Most of the patrons shook their heads at Cheetor's question, though a few looked like they were trying to remember something. The frog woman looked at Robo-ky, still a bit on edge and awkwardly responded.
"Oh...I thought none of you looked like one of the kingdom's robots. So...are you from some other world? You look more like strange beanpole creatures than frogs."
The blue person noticed Aerosmith flitting around Narancia and, remaining on their staff, floated over to him. They were in a white tunic with brown pants and brown sleeves underneath, and looked to in fact be a she. The girl watched it with curiosity in her eyes, and the man she'd been talking to ran to follow her with a "Wait—hey!"
"I've never seen a palisman like that..." the blue-skinned girl asked. "What did you base it off of? Most ones I see are animals of some kind."
"Don't leave me behind!" called the man, whose business suit was perhaps not preferred for wandering around like this. "We already got split up from those other guys. We need to stay in sight of each other, uhh..."
"Lachesis."
"Right, thank you."
As for the other group, a few stragglers who had apparently had the same idea to leave the tavern before things got real bad began to trail Shantae and co, including two of the bunnygirls and some sort of robot umbrella.
"Do we, uh..." mumbled a bunnygirl. "Do we have any idea what to look for? This just looks like a normal city..."
"Hey, what's that?" asked the other, pointing up at the sky where, amid the bizarrely blocky clouds, one could catch a glimpse of some moth creature flying around in a panic.

For the people gathered around, Narancia's reaction to the blue girl's words was probably utterly unexpected. The youth first froze for a second—
"...You..."
—and then, in an instant, he whirled round, whipped out a switchblade, and leapt forward to hold its point to the girl's neck. Murderous fury burned in his eyes.
"FOUND YOU, ASSHOLE! So you're the Stand user, huh?! Return me and my team to Venice, right now, or I swear I'm gonna kill you!" Flecks of saliva flew out of Narancia's mouth as he shouted in her face. "Don't try to bullshit your way out of this, either! If you can see my Stand, that means you gotta be a Stand user! This thing is your Stand, isn't it?!," he said, pointing to the floating staff.

For a second, Donnie looked visibly downcast before schooling his features into simple annoyance. And, for much of the trip, he didn't say anything at all.
He'd forgotten what it was like for people not to be used to him.
Then, someone piped up, asking what "that" was. Donnie paused and peered up. "Square clouds?" he murmured, drawn-on brows furrowing in confusion—and then he saw what they were actually looking at.
...thaaaat can't be good.
"I'll check it out," he said, and the jetpack rocketed him upward. He pulled his goggles down, trying to get a scan on...whatever it was.

"HEY, WHOA THERE!" Galo yelped as he saw the knife. "No fighting, no fighting! I swear, if anyone makes one more sign of aggression, I'm getting out my Matoi Gear!""Maybe don't try to stop people from committing violence by threatening them with violence, Galo?" Lio sighed, stepping out of the shadows and moving over to stand next to his unofficial boyfriend. He turned to Kobeni, scowling at her.
"Look, we're all in a really stressful position right now, myself included." Lio began. "Look at the guy with the metal arm. That's the face of someone who's clearly scared, and I don't blame him, or anyone else here. Believe me, I know what it feels like to be suddenly backed into a corner with no way out. We're all in a strange tavern somewhere, far away from our homes. But pulling out a knife is only going to make things worse! I won't kill you, that I've sworn never to do, but I'll do whatever I have to in order to make sure that no lives are lost. So please, please...PUT. DOWN. THE KNIFE."
Lio didn't realize it, but there were small purple sparks flying off of his fingers as he clenched his fists...

"Oh I havent seen anything like that before!"
Teemo said to Donatello, it was a lie to make Donatello feel a bit better, he has seen stuff like that before and he understand why he is acting that way, with being dragged forcibly to this world and all.
Meanwhile he noticed the moth thingy flying and the turtle following afther, he hopes he has luck on finding whats that about Teemo pulls out his scout diary and begins to scribble a rudimentary map with the tavern as the start and as he walks he keeps drawing.

He just kept shifting his gaze around the room, even as everyone else seemed to be reacting. A lot of folks were just trying to get out, but others...too many others...were starting to turn their focus and attention on him. Surrounding him, trying to talk him down, to get him to behave himself, and fall back into line-

And then, out of nowhere, there was a coursing of something over him, something he couldn't recognize as magic. He didn't know what it was, or meant, until he realized that the aches and pains through his body were suddenly just gone.
No. No, that...that didn't make any sense. He healed quickly, always had, but not instantly, not like this. How...

"NO!"
That was all the warning any of them had, as Bucky, no longer slowed by the injuries that had kept him somewhat at bay, abruptly lunged forward, straight for Aqua, the one who had done something to him, drawing back the metal fist with an audible whirring sound and throwing a punch straight for her face.

Nia, Out on the Streets: "Are We There Yet?"
A part of Nia felt rather guilty that the turtle-man took it rather bad, seeing the person she usually calls "Shellhead" often fires back with a quip of his own. Is she really missing home that bad? The sight of a moth flying erratically got her to think that this isn't just limited to people, but animals to. What the hell's the point behind abducting us, she thought as she kept going forward. Getting more antsy than she already is, she asked the little ball of fur, "See anything?"

Inside the Tavern
Gromit wouldn't immediately guess it from the term 'kubrow', but after a moment realised that Baro at just mistaken him for a robot as well. One offended frown later, Gromit held out one of his arms/forelegs, then pinched and pulled at his skin, in a bid to demonstrate it was all real flesh and blood with bone underneath.
Wait, did that talking cheetah say 'spaceport'? Was this an ALIEN robot cheetah? Cheetor would find the biped pooch staring in outright bewilderment at this juncture, though this expression would still be turned to the woman who seemed to be half frog. This was all too much, Gromit had to get in on this conversation somehow. He looked around for a paper and pen to communicate with and mimed writing on the air to anyone nearby.
Outside the Tavern
"Oho," went Wallace as the little red plane appeared, "That's a nifty little-"
Wallace turned and blinked in brief surprise at this handsome young robot. "Oh, erm, not to worry Mister, erm...metal face. This young lad and I are just a bit lost at the moment and we're trying to get our bearings. You wouldn't be part of a theatre troupe, would you? Per'aps a production of Wizard of Oz or...or The Man in the Iron Mask?"
Suddenly, Narancia utterly flipped out, and Wallace turned just in time to see the 'young lad' start threatening a blue-skinned girl with a knife "Aiieeee!" cried Wallace, instinctively hopping back and grabbing Ky's shoulder for security. "Now-now-now hold on a moment. Let's all be reasonable here, eh? You're a nice young lad, w-with a very nice little toy aeroplane, an-and I'm sure you wouldn't want things to get out of hand here..."

Somehow, It Got Even Worse - Tavern 1
Where to begin a quick summation of everything wrong that occurred? Was it Captain Enty's bull-headed attempt to talk to a rabid animal that set him off? Was it everyone else crowding the guy? Was it the "goddess" being so mindnumbingly stupid, Trevor felt his brain die a little by association? Somehow, Evil Chestnut summoning some kind of a demon to boost himself was the least interesting thing about it all.
But let's go back a few paces, before things went from "podunk shithole village" to "ground zero at Targoviste" in scale.
A Few Paces Earlier - Tavern 1, still
"You are, I hope to God, much smarter than this." Was the only response Kobeni would get from her lame recruitment attempt. The sentiment was genuine, because Aqua was stupid enough for the two of them. Meanwhile, a fully armored type with ominous red glass for a visor approached him, trying to strike up a conversation. Still jostled like an entire knight battalion though.
"I'm hungover, sore from sleeping in a rotting tree stump, and still trying to make some sense of it all. The theory, at least, is sound to me." Trevor waved dismissively with his free hand towards the commotion. "Much as anything is in this fucking madhouse." Before he could elaborate on it, others chimed in with their own commentary. He did actually manage to open the Pabst just with some handiwork (and drink it, to his regret), but the fancy opener doodad was appreciated.
Eyes wandering briefly over Mai's outfit, he refocused on the rapidly deteriorating situation ahead. "It's more of a valley." He replied absentmindedly to Stocking, having another sip of his terrible milquetoast modern beer. "Magic can be learned, if you're talented or diligent enough. You probably need to get a little bit lucky, too. And, honestly, Jesus was a cool guy. Died for our sins and all that. Makes you wonder if the priests in charge of His religion ever heard of Him."
The guy with outrageous hair and blood red pants made an introduction and then immediately focused on Scruffy, currently this close to having a full-on breakdown. "Trevor Belmont." He muttered out his own half-hearted introduction. It seemed extremely unlikely anyone would chase him out of here with a pitchfork, considering - well, all of these types would have the Wallachian peasantry scramble for the nearest church.
Cue Aqua confirming that she was, in fact, blisteringly stupid. Trevor's eyes narrowed dangerously low. "Hold that thought." He drawled back to Chimney and Mai, shifting off the stool and idly rolling his shoulders as he walked a few steps. Sure, he was hungover - but he was sober enough, and he didn't need to be fighting anyone. He did have plans for it, but with how many people were around Scruffy, trying to reach him was a futile attempt.
"I'm Out Of Practice, But I'm Stone-Cold Sober" - Tavern 1
Rather than try to talk to Kobeni, Trevor opted to get her out of harm's way the hard way. As far as he was concerned, her only faults were being stupidly naive and easily scared - but she wasn't suicidally dumb unlike some other people he wouldn't deign to name. Honestly, much as her healing arts appeared to be real, Aqua deserved everything that happened to her in the coming few seconds.
With a flourish, a length of a leather whip was drawn from underneath the furcoat he wore - and with a twirl, let loose. Rather than try to strike Bucky, he aimed to wrap the thing around Kobeni in some fashion (preferably the one that would have her drop the knife; he'd loathe to get stabbed for his trouble) and yank her away from the commotion and towards him. It wasn't going to be a gentle trip if it went through - but life wasn't gentle. Hopefully Aqua would be the sole casualty while others moved in to deal with Scruffy's episode.

Daisy stared at Kirby as Shantae helped him get up. Upon getting a closer look, Daisy became eased as she thought that he wasn't that bad as she thought and found him a little cute. She then heard Nia's response to her question and turned towards her.
"Oh, very well," Daisy replied. "I suppose I'll buy you some fish when I come to know you better."
She looked ahead in Shantae's direction, noticing a little furry thing leading them and Donnie's shell has morphed into wings not too dissimilar to the ones the green suited man has. She sneered at Nia's insult towards the turtle and his expression implying some sort of insecurity. Then she saw him take off and follow a creature resembling a moth.
"Is that a moth?" She asked.

Yes... that went about as well as expected.
Well, the well-intentioned goddess was about to receive a generous helping of fist to the face from the man she had just healed. There was only one thing Saria could do that could both help mitigate the intense physical pain Aqua was about to be in and force the rampaging soldier to focus his attention back to the Vouivre.
"You leave me no choice."
She lifted her shield, with some parts of it beginning to glow, and extended her hand towards Bucky. He would start feeling the effects almost immediately. Slower and weaker movements, as calcium started to harden his muscles. All the while staring at him. All the while making it as obvious as possible that she was the one doing it.
Of course all the metal bits he was using to punch Aqua continued to work just fine.
"Someone help coordinate the evacuation! Get everyone out of here and past the left side of the building!"
Before Hunk could even proceed to probe further, the long haired man with a metal arm had a breakdown. Hunk had seen a few situations like this, training kicked in and he evaluated the situation.

- Current Parameters: Gain allies?
Hunk was used to teams, but he was called the Grim Reaper because he was more often than not the last one alive. Were allies needed in this situation? Potentially, the more hands he had the better his chances of making it until tomorrow.

With that in mind he set to work, drawing his Lightning Hawk from its holster at his hip. "I have a plan," he said before charging right at Bucky. He just needed to get close enough, he had faced Tyrants and lived. This was no different in his mind.
It was war, survival was his responsibility.

Stocking - Tavern 1
Stocking gave Chimneyfoot an annoyed look. "There's no bartender. You want something, grab it yourself."
She looked back at Trevor and couldn't help but laugh at his joke about priests. "A-fucking-men to that. Priests suck ass. Always talking about duty to God and shit."
She was thoroughly unconcerned with the increasingly inevitable barfight, preferring to sip her drink and watch the chaos in the same manner one might watch daytime TV. She did offhandedly say "Stocking Anarchy" when people went around introducing themselves, but mostly she retained a flat expression.
At least, until Aqua backpedaled into the counter. Stocking deftly moved the liquor bottle so that Aqua wouldn't smash it, then glowered at the cowardly goddess.
After a moment's thought, she sighed, and grabbed Aqua by her shirt. With strength seemingly beyond what her petite frame should be capable of, Stocking hoisted the other girl over the counter and threw her unceremoniously to the floor behind the bar, all with one hand.
"Stay there while the adults handle this. And hard as it obviously is for you, try not to do anything stupid."
She returned to watching the fight, ready to kick Aqua to a safer location if need be. Her eyes went to Trevor's whip, and she noted his obvious skill with it as he wrapped it around Kobeni. She sighed again. God, I wish that were me.

Shantae honked and lashed her trunk in Donatello's direction when he passed by, shaking her head and frowning in anger as she walked. She smirked a little bit when Nia told him off. She wasn't paying much attention to him after that, until the others pointed out something fluffy in the sky. Shantae tilted her head, reaching her trunk out, but finding it too high to examine.
She huffed, looking back at the others in curiosity, before stopping and standing there, looking up at the moth-like being.

Vampire Hunter
Mai, Moving to the Front of Tavern 1
Having found a way out in the back of the Tavern, Mai Shiranui immediately moved to around the front of the building and started doing crowd control to make sure everyone who wanted to escape could, even if she had to pull some of them out of the way to do it. The only ones inside who really deserved to get their asses kicked was 'Chestnut' and 'Crybaby.' Even if she had the desire to do that asskicking, her ability to create fire while inside a wooden building full of alcohol would have just made the situation in there far, far worse, even if she could control it. So instead, she decided to help the non-fighters to escape safely outside with as minimal damage as she could, pulling the stragglers and the people blocking the door out of the way of the people still inside and directing them with her fans to a location a small distance away.
Those with a good enough view of the door might be able to spot Mai Shiranui outside, essentially directing foot traffic.

The Crying Children
Robo-Ky and the Hostage Situation
As he was looking around, he turned back to the now freaking-out Cheetah talking about Cybertron and a spaceport, and so on; he was taking it all in, the robot animal, people calling him by different names, new words, the frog girl that called him a beanpole, he quickly turns his head to her and says "I'm a robot, remember that, please" he was interested in her but this new world, new people, he has put it all together but before he could yell it out, he heard the bald guy freaking out outside, he kicks the door open to see a child in weird clothing holding a blue girl hostage with a switchblade, he stands his place even after getting grabbed by the bald guy.
Though he was planning to say his name to the guy on him, it felt like a bad time with the hostage situation happening, he moves Wallace behind him as he begins to walk to Narancia who was talking about stand users, which was just confirming more that no one is from the same world, "Hey kid, I need you to calm down, I know what is going on, it's not a stand user like your saying, your from another world and so am I! So just drop the blade and we can talk this out kiddo” He knew that this was a major risk; the blue female hostage, the crazy boy, his knife on her neck, and that red toy airplane; who knows what could happen next, but he hope that this would end with zero lives lost.
I don’t want to hear anything. I don’t want to see anything, or speak anything…

Galo and Lio, the Tavern Embroiled In Chaos And Bloodshed
"Alright, you asked for this! If you're only gonna keep fighting, then I'll have to extinguish your flames of anger with my own BURNING SOUL! Let's DO THIS!" Galo declared with fierce determination. "Old and new combine together for the ultimate firefighting spirit! Cumon out Matoi Tech!"A large, weird-looking staff had been slung over Galo's back this whole time, but he finally removed it from its back and pressed some sort of button. Suddenly, all of the weird looking boxy metal bits on the top of the staff launched upwards and off of the staff, unfolding into a human-sized mech which Galo quickly hopped into, swiftly suiting up and now ready for combat. Now in the mech, Galo grabbed onto the staff, and water began to form on the staff's surface, quickly freezing to transform the staff into an icy sword.

With the hand of the mech that wasn't holding the sword of ice, Galo outstretched the mech's palm in a "stop" gesture directly towards the Winter Soldier, and a jet of pure freezing ice blasted out of it, enveloping the man and his metal arm. Galo was intent on freezing him in his tracks without actually hurting him. That ought to solve the problem nicely!

As the number of people riding the half-genie turned elephant increases, Nia did feel the crowding even outside. The relatively normal girl asked about her ears, and she replied sharply, "Rude, much? Of course they're real! You've never seen a Gormotti before or what?"
A few awkward scoots and shuffles and a look back at the brewing powder keg scenario did not help the increasing unease the Gormotti felt.
