Race Complete!

Baro's performance in the rest of the race was middle of the pack, the earlier slow down and his own experience with racing like this wasn't leading him to victory regardless.

"So are there any games you are familiar with? If we can find a Ludoplex or Komi board I can teach you a couple of the ones I know."

Narancia pondered Galo and Lio's proposal of walling off the building as a means to contain the raging fire. He scratched his head. "That... er... I guess it'll stop the fire... but how do we wall this place off? And, uh... isn't fighting the enemies more important now? We need to go inside and beat them up before someone steals our kills!" He knew a battle inside a burning building would not be easy, but it's not like they had much of a choice.

"...Wait, wh—" Narancia sputtered as he saw Mai run inside the burning building, while also being on fire. It took him a moment to realize that it was probably an ability of hers.

Meanwhile, Dabi volunteered some information, while adamantly denying any involvement in igniting the fire. Narancia eyed Dabi with suspicion, but opted to remain silent for now.

Sayaka

Seeing Mai cover herself in flames and run into the building, Sayaka decided to put Galo and Lio's idea into action. She summoned two sabers, holding one in each hand. Then, she started slashing at the ground, kicking up dirt. In a whirlwind of steel, she dug up the topsoil and flung it towards the building, trying to make a wall of earth.

Before long, she was covered in dust, her white stockings and cape turning khaki with dirt. Her swords were getting duller with each time they hit a rock.

Daisy Buchanan - Arcade - Round 2, New Game

Daisy left the car cabinet and glanced at Baro who asked her a question.

"I know chess, checkers and pool, but I believe that TESTER specified these new electronic games as part of my side-quest. And on that note, I don't know a single thing about electronic games," She said.

Daisy went off first in search of new games to play. After some time, she stumbled upon two cabinets of Tetris.

"Baro, we can try this game!" She pointed at the Tetris cabinets. "I don't know how it plays but it involves falling blocks, so it should be simple enough hopefully."

"Komi will have to be another time then. I think you'd enjoy it, honestly but it is a board game so not strictly valid."

Following along behind the storied flapper, Baro ended up staring a little at the Tetris cabinet.

"Hm. How very... Neon brutalist? Regardless, I'm sure it will be simple enough to pick up the gameplay."

Sayaka

Star Building

Sayaka was frantically digging, clearing vegetation and throwing dirt toward the building. When her sword wore out, she discarded it at summoned a new one.
While swinging her swords in a cyclone of steel, her sword went through something that definitely was not dirt. With some resistance, like cutting vegetables, her sword cut through a root, unleashing a jet of water.
Drenched from the high-pressure tap water, she reeled back.

" Kuso! "

Nia, Star Building: One Bad Idea, Coming Up!

After a decision that lasted forever in Nia's mind, she made her choice. She muttered to steel herself, "_{This is a bad idea, Nia. A horrible idea. This is going to end in you getting burned at best. At worst you die... but you can't die. You can't be here forever. You got people to go back to.}"

She remembered all the people back at home. While she didn't get on the best foot with quite a bit of them, she came around to respect them. She's not gonna leave them behind! With a deep breath, she grabs one of the roots and tried to bend it to clear a path.

Whether it works or not, Nia would soon make her choice. With a running leap, she enters the burning building, looking around to find any sign of those three ladies. Her hand is still at the grip of the sword, scanning around the room.
