(Note that by "hero" i also means words with "hero" in it, such as heroine, heroism and even heroin).

Does the trope simply describe a specific kind of superpower (flight, immortality, invisible,...) rather than things related to the power(such as how the superpower affect its owner, what do the character think about it,...)?

No and also still no on the Hero name.
