That fucking violin attack.
So, erm, Naruko… next time you find a suspiciously round hole that contains exactly what you need at the precise moment you need it, maybe think twice before jumping into it? And Gero… maybe make sure that the target is at least unconscious before walking away? Still, I swear I kept staring at that black page for like two minutes straight.
Meanwhile, Ureshino once again shows her own kind of bravery. I like that.

There's violin attack but also Naruko's money shot.
Chapter 17! Ureshino puts up one hell of a show. A Cowardly Lion if I’ve seen one.
Letting Naruko get away scott free seems like an awful idea but, eh, shonen logic I guess.
I hope Naruko turns a new leaf after this.
D'awww Ureshino got a giant DIY candy for Gero.
What else can they do with him though? It's not like he's done anything that people can report to the authorities.
Now the question is whether this is the end of Ureshino's arc of if she's getting another one. Her evil aunt is still around after all.

…That’s a good point. Not sure what legal infringement "mass hypnosis through supernatural soundwave mastery" would fall under.
As for Ureshino, it seems a bit early to break the series’ "girl of the month" structure but maybe she’ll be relevant later. She had a lot more development that Himekawa at least.
I’m pretty sure someone can argue mass hypnosis is a form of coercion but the problem is proving he even did it.
The other problem is, do you really think a hitman like Gero is gonna turn in another to the police?
EDIT: Preview for next chapter.

Hmm, I guess we're having one more chapter to close this arc before moving on.
Given the premise, I'm kinda expecting this to eventually go the harem route.
Hopefully not to Kinosaki’s detriment. He’s been taking more and more of a backseat, I feel…
Chapter 18 is out. Gero got headpats!
Aww Ureshino chased after Gero to ask him out for drinks.
Sorry, I too busy focusing on her uncle doing pull-ups on the flying helicopter to notice.

At this point I’m pretty sure the helicopter didn’t fly, the Uncle was lifting it in midair.
Uuh, so Ureshino could ride a fucking motorbike like a pro? Something something book and covers…
By the way, did I mention I love how Ureshino’s eyes are drawn? I don’t know if it’s the size, the droop or the slight cross-eyedness, but her face is adorably dorky.
I’m going to treat your theory about the uncle as canon.
Ureshino is very cute, indeed. Adorkable to a tee.
Chill conclusion chapter, and it was adorbs.
Alas, I doubt his friend’s wedding will go smoothly.
It's funnier if nothing "unusual" happens, but that's relative to it being an assassin's wedding.
An assassin wedding without at least three deaths is considered a dull affair.
Yeah but I’m sincerely hoping any complications are more comedic than serious. Out with the unwelcome wedding crashers!
Also good job Gero you got contact info!
Curious as to how the wedding will factor into Gero’s own plan. If allowed a plus one I’m pretty sure he’ll bring Kinosaki, that’ll probably lead to a possible assassin marriage prospect.

Right...we haven't really seen any female assassins in this story have we?
Bonus chapter. Gero makes a good House Husband. Also those shark stickers need to be real ASAP.
Loved the color page in this one.
…Hanamaki’s bugs are a lot cuter than I expected.
"You think I can have a great wedding like this?" "With me by your side, sure you can." I’m not saying, I’m just saying.
Aaand of course someone’s gonna crash the wedding. We just can’t have nice things.
It's really fun seeing these wild assassins in a normal environment just hanging out and being friends.
I repeat: out with the wedding crashers!
That violin attack.
