I didn't hate the Wedding Scenes like most people did, but I can't help but feel like they could have developed Tails and Knuckles a bit better if it wasn't for the wedding scenes taking up too much room in the movie.
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!I bet the wedding scene was something they were obligated to add for some reason, hence why it was just an awkward fix
New theme music also a boxWasn't that more about Tom and Jerry?
....wasn't it?
The most recent live action Tom and Jerry movie is basically plotted the exact same way most of the animated Tom and Jerry movies are.
Essentially, there's a situation that a bunch of other characters are going through, and the movie is about how Tom and Jerry stumble onto that situation one day and, through fighting, getting into shenanigans and generally drifting through the plot a la The Fool, make everything go crazy but eventually help that situation have a happy ending.
Another thing I like to compare it to is your average Abbott and Costello movie. A lot of modern Tom and Jerry is like that. It's probably the best way to actually give Tom & Jerry a developed plot in general, tbh.
I didn't mind it since I'm used to how modern Tom & Jerry handles plots, but the average moviegoer likely doesn't even know that stuff exists so it got a bad reputation for being a Human-Focused Adaptation that I don't think it really deserves.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain. To be fair, at least the live action Tom and Jerry movie actually had Tom and Jerry stay true to their characters and not have them really talk in the movie, which is how they are usually portrayed in the original cartoons (with a few exceptions).
Anyway, back to Sonic! So, do you guys think that the third Sonic movie will be darker in tone than the previous Sonic movies?
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!Shadow's backstory alone would really leave a mark, honestly.
Wake me up at your own risk.I do wonder how they will handle Shadow's backstory in the movie.
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!While it won't be GUN being directly responsible, I can see the general guy being the guy who shoots Maria in the flashback.
Maybe it's even HIS flashback, at some point?
Would they make the general guy more serious in the third movie? It would be an awkward progression on his character, unless they are able to make him more serious in the next film in a natural way.
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!Filming for the third Sonic Movie has begun in London.
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!From what I heard, people are speculating that they're re-creating the scene where Sonic and Shadow first met each other in Adventure 2.
BTW, please call me Jake.I finally found you faker
Faker? HA! You’re comparing yourself to me? You’re not even good enough to be my fake.

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.I'm gonna make you eat those words
Very curious to see if Jim Carrey comes back for this or not.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.he better quote the rant if he does
I'm very curious about how that scene will play out!
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!Should we make a forum for the Knuckles series in the Live Action TV section?
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!Probably a good idea to do that when it has a trailer.
/crawls back under rockPlease, God, I beg you: have Robert Pattison be Shadow. After The Batman, I enjoy the guy.
To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back.Robert Pattinson would be an interesting choice for Shadow!
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!He would really good Shadow.
Given how well-received both movies were at the box office, the third is probably gonna be a big hit too.
Yes, the pacing was clunky in that part.
oh hey how are you doing?
