I'm also not that familiar with the show, but I do know The Wall is a thing. Throne Room I guess could be GOT or possibly LOTR?

Possibly, but there's already data for 2 LOTR stages, Mordor and Barad-dur.

I can't really think of any other prominent throne rooms in WB besides the one from Game of Thrones, so it most likely is that.

Yeah, plus we already know three characters from that series are on the way.

A list of stages were found in the datamine, some we already know of and some new: Schwifty, Hobbiton, Titans Tower, Throne Room, Marvel (???), Space Jam Court, Floating Island, Lava Fields, Barradur (odd spelling), Mordor, Watertower.

I actually did mention a watertower stage a while back during the second playtest. In fact, I've seen the layout of the stage too. The watertower is in the middle, and you fight on 2 studio roofs on each side. What surprises me though is the addition of a "Marvel" stage, which was NOT in the previous playtest's data. At first I thought the Marvel and Wreck-It Ralph assets from the previous playtest was probably just placeholder stuff, but the addition of this stage just raises further questions.

Is Superman the biggest currently playable character in the roster?

I was wondering about that cause the game does lack heavies. Of course we know the beta will have the giant but that makes you wonder how much bigger will he actually be.

^Well he looked just slightly bigger than superman in the trailer so I'm guessing that's how he's going to look like compared to other characters.

Superman is currently the tallest character, and I remember hearing that Iron Giant will be "Sentinal-sized" when he is going to be added in July. We're going to see actual giant-sized characters in a platform fighter, and I can't wait to see how that's going to be implemented.

I saw on reddit he is probably twice the size of most characters. Meaning probably the size of two Supermen.

Yep, that screams super armor the character or "pick this character to get juggled"

Well the only other explanation is that it’s probably just a Teasing Creator thing… which it probably is.

There's gonna be unlockable music tracks and a mobile version of the game is definitely in the works, according to the datamine.

[1] Even if wasn't the Animaniacs, it would be strange if something as iconic as the Water Tower didn't make it in the game.

[2] Going off that Batman cameo in the recent Chip N Dale movie, I wouldn't really be too surprised if either Marvel, Star Wars, or Disney showed in some way. I'm under the impression WB got that budget flex like Disney can.

I would be lying if I didn't say that out of all the characters that are actually revealed & that got leaked, Iron Giant is the character I'm looking forward to the most. I really want to see how this huge ass character is gonna turn out. Although it may be a weird comparison but after the way Ridely ultimately turned out, maybe there really is an argument to be made about being too big. As much as I hate to say that. Also in comparison, Sentinel worked because UMVC 3 is a 2D fighting game. There were plenty of things working against him as well & Sentinel was quite as good as some people like to believe. Although tbh, a lot of that has to do with how good the top-tier characters are.

Oh, so none of the downside of being a huge heavyweight character & having the speed of the average character in the game? I'm unironically ok with this.

If dc can accept Batman making cameos on a Disney movie why doesn't Dc want marvel crossovers anymore?

Not entirely, it's a licensed franchise like Game of Thrones, Wizard of Oz, Harry Potter, Willy Wonka or Jojo. Creators (or their estate) still own the source material, WB just gets to do stuff with it with their permission.

I have no idea? Maybe it's a lot more trouble than it's worth? Especially since that was just a cameo at the end of the day.

I have no clue how anyone was able to do this, but MVS is already modded. Goku is the only one that looks really off.

Not sure, they probably want to add a few more things before dropping the open beta, and of course tweak and refine the gameplay a bit.

Data for a tournament mode was just uncovered. Makes sense, considering the game is gonna have a big tournament at EVO, gotta have a dedicated mode for that.

I also bringing this up because the game despite being in the alpha phase does not seem to be stopping people from data mining & such.

Has there been a hard confirmation for any offline multiplayer? I'm getting the impression this game is only online multiplayer & I would be very disappointed if that was the case.

If Arya defeats an opponent, they will leave behind "Anya's "Arya's Pie" item that they can eat to recover health in exchange of making them move slower.

HOLY SHIT. I never knew this was a thing but noticed pies suddenly showed up whenever Arya was around.

That's kinda fucked up if you know the show.
