Rejecting this thread, as it's totally unclear why this would be an actionable problem.
In TRS we generally like threads which lay out what the problem is, with evidence, which is missing here.

The One Guy is meant to be the Spear Counterpart to The Smurfette Principle. However, The Smurfette Principle can still apply to a main character, while The One Guy cannot. The One Guy should be amended, as several examples list main male characters anyway.
