This one's almost at the clocking point and has been dead for most of its life, and the consensus is that this is a Keep Until Better Image Suggested case, so I'm going ahead and closing it.

This is literally two faces and a caption. Neither face has anything to do with this trope, they just happen to mention one of its many subtropes in their dialogue (i.e. Atomic Superpowers). This could have been the page quote, but it's not a good image.
Since this is an index page, it arguably doesn't need an image, either; related pages Phlebotinum du Jour, Forensic Phlebotinum, and Aesoptinum are likewise imageless.
