Such general wiki questions usually go on Ask The Tropers.
And unfortunately, no. It's not allowed to make subpages for your Tropers/ page other than Sandbox/ and TroperWall/. You could put it on the main Tropers/ page if you have to (speaking of which, you should move your page to the plural namespace, I know it's stupid but that's consistent with wiki functionality).

You can use your own Tropers page for whatever you want. However, nobody cares about your OCs. Really. If you write a fic, then you can have an article for that fic, but otherwise they have no relevance to this site whatsoever.
