It was pretty good. I could watch more if they make more.

Cash in on hype? Didny the hype for Rick and Mort die a couple years while season 3 was airing?
I enjoyed it thoroughly. Like almost everyone else, the Wall plot is probably the strongest plot of the show, although I found the adventures of the Adults to be great too. It's refreshing to see God-like Characters that actually have morals (they don't like/want to murder, they want to be respected/loved by the humans, they regularly apologies for mistakes they make towards each other and some humans). The weakest characters I think are the Replicant Kids; their plots are kind of boring, the one kid doesn't really have morals and the other one has wonky morals that flip flop depending on the episode, and they feel really disjointed from the rest of the plots, even though they're the reason the Wall Plot even exists. They're basically a worse version of Rick and Morty and Beth, Summer and Jerry.
Hopefully Season 2 fixes the Replicants. Otherwise I'd say this is a very good show.
The wall was my favorite part.
I'm not gonna hold it against Justin Roiland if one character he voices sounds like another.
Anyway, it was funny. Better than I expected it to be.
Rick and Morty is still incredibly popular, and with good reason.
Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?So I enjoy the show overall but it seems almost everyone is in agreement that The Wall is the highlight of the show, which I think demonstrates that the rest of the show isn't as strong as it could be. I'm not a huge fan of the Rick and Morty "rambling in a semi-improvised monologue" type of voice acting, and that was wearing thin here early on. Corvo and Terry in theory should be major foils, but the first episode shows Corvo as Not So Above It All so quickly that it doesn't feel natural when their personalities start opposing each other in later episodes.
Solar Opposites has been renewed for a season 3 that consists of 12 episodes.
The show will be at virtual Comic Con. It mentions a sneak peek at season 2.
Season 2 comes out March 26.
This came out.

Wait, what happened to season 3? Are they actually greenlighting 2 consecutive seasons?
I would say they greenlight one at a time, but in advance. Season 3 was announced last year on June 18, just a little over a month after the show came out, and way before season 2 came out. Now, season 4 was announced just a few months after season 2 came out, and way before whenever season 3 comes out.

This article for what's coming to Disney Plus in Canada says how there's a Christmas special coming on November 22. I would assume this would drop on Hulu in the United States at around the same time.
Here's a video for the Christmas special, which comes out November 22.
Unavailable in the UK, unfortunately!!
The third season came out recently. This time its eleven episodes instead of eight. Did anyone see it? What did people think?
The changes to the pupa, the Wall cliffhanger, and the new Silver Cops storyline? Any thoughts?
Here in the UK, episodes are streaming weekly on Disney+’s Star hub after a whopping three episode premiere.
Referring to the Silver Cops storyline, wasn’t really a fan, mainly because the mandatory Wall episode had a Silver Cops subplot in it which would have been better off as it’s own episode.

I was a little confused by the Silvercop storyline; are they actually cops or just an organization pretending to be one? Is there a rivalry between the Silver and Gold cops that would make framing that guy worthless? Are the Silvercops under the Goldcops and this group was just Silvercop supremecists? I also agree that the Silvercop plot took away from the Wall plot, and was sad they turned the Mouse Guy into the bad guy of the Wall episode. I knew, though, that the cult was behind Tim's poisoning and that they were going to abduct the baby, but I thought it was the cult's founder and not her new right hand woman doing everything.
Overall though I liked Season 3. I think Season 2 is slightly better, but Season 3 is better then Season 1, so at least there's that.

Did anyone see the Halloween special? I thought it was okay.
They really seemed to talk about how they think horror and magic/fantasy are lame and dumb. Between this show and Rick and Morty, it seems like there are a bunch of things they just don't like. Fantasy, horror, superheroes, heist movies, time travel. They just seem to have a problem with a lot of stuff.
Roiland's been kicked off this show too.
Didn't the voice of Terry get accused of doing bad stuff too? But he's still on the show.
Currently, I'm not impressed: it's clearly a show trying to cash in on the Rick and Morty hype. One of the main characters has the exact same tone of voice used by Rick, along with the same rambling style of speaking, they frequently delve into sci-fi tropes, and the show still has a very much nihilistic philosophy front and center. At least it seems more interested in maintaining continuity, to an extent, something that Rick and Morty is implying they no longer care about in regards to the last couple of episodes this season.
The one redeeming aspect of the show for me was the B-plot involving the shrunk-down humans trapped in the terrarium-style "Wall", and how it gradually evolves from a desolate labyrinth into a semi-functional (albeit dictatorial) society, and eventually even a religion.
Keep in mind it's currently a Hulu exclusive, so you won't be seeing it elsewhere anytime soon.
