This trope should probably be renamed to "Rocket-Assisted Melee Weapon" to specify that this does not include ranged weapons that launch rockets, or Power-consuming weapons that use rockets as fuel. Additionally, melee weapons are by default powered primarily by muscle, not rockets. the rocket is assisting, not the main source of power.
