Suggestion: Video Game.Final Fantasy XIV

Splitting off from this thread.

The current is the logo for the original iteration of the game, which went offline years ago and is no longer playable (and is best forgotten).

First suggestion: The logo for the most recent expansion: Shadowbringers◊.

Second suggestion: Cover art for the Collector's Edition of A Realm Reborn, the current iteration of the game◊.

Third suggestion: Main logo for A Realm Reborn◊.

I prefer the Collector's Edition art, but I'm also okay with just the main logo. The problem with using the logo for Shadowbringers is that it will inevitably be outdated when the next expansion is released, so if we use any logo it should just be the main one.

You forgot my suggestion from the other thread: the Shadowbringers key art. But I agree we should use the Collector's Edition art rather than any expansions, since those will become outdated. I also like the Japanese PS3/PC Standard Edition art seen here.

Generally on evolving games and such we will use the most current one and change as the game changes.

That Shadowbringers key art is honestly the one I would vote for.

A Realm Reborn refers collectively to the relaunched FFXIV, while Shadowbringers is an expansion.

"A Realm Reborn" doesn't really exist anymore its Final Fantasy XIV 'Starter Edition'

And yes expansions work. Now that I seriously look, I honestly like this one the best.◊

Also would like to add that that one is now the face of the launcher that you load up every time you start any version of the game now. [1]

I also like the box art◊ for the Starter Edition (obviously we'd crop off the PC banner at the top). Perhaps a crowner is in order?

I replaced the Realm Reborn logo◊ with one that just says FFXIV◊, which Square Enix is still using.

Going ahead and bumping this for votes; four options in the green ATM.

Shadowbringers Key Art is the clear favorite, so I swapped it in. I also replaced the caption with a tagline from Shadowbringers.
