Winter 2020 anime

That's Amahara for you, taking some of the usual fetishy things and taking it to the expected extreme where people use them for creepy/abusive things. (He did some FF Tactics doujins, in one of which Ramza had some timestop fun with Agrias by casting Stop on her, and another much darker one where some poor female thief was locked into Always:Stop status and ended up becoming a surrogate daughter/doll figure for a rich man after being abused too much). On the other end of things, his mad genius at bringing out the awkward and hilarious stuff comes out in other works, like when a girl with an unhealthy fantasy gets disappointed by her first time, or when Aeris, Tifa, and Yuffie rented adjacent rooms in a hotel and things get amusingly awkward when Aeris invites Cloud over for a very loud night that ends with Aeris utterly mortified.

Next week they're visitng the Fire Spirit salamander girls and watching the Egg-laying show.

Also hahahahaha oh wow Crim looks remarkably like Gabriel when he has his disgruntled/disgusted expression on.

Pet thought it could get it by me but I saw the Inuniverse Toku show from Samurai Flamenco on that television in the previous episode with the man whose childhood had him forced to be a crossdresser by his creepy grandma who forced him to be a girl..

Weird seeing a show where all Psychics are scooped up by a Yakuzaesque organizations to Mind Rape people for them. You'd think the government would have noticed them. And Hiroki and Tsukasa are definitely gay.

After attempting to read the manga, I think ill stick with the anime of in/spectre. Way less fan service in the anime (not like its that bad in the manga though) and I can see why someone called it "up its own ass" because the scripted sort of way all the characters talk is even more in the manga and is a bit of a pain to follow.

Do we, do we uh, wanna put up a forum thread for Interspecies Reviewers or is the series too lewd for TV Tropes? I know it has a trope page so I was curious.

I don't watch it - but I believe when they were purging pages it was based on something like if the solo aim was titillation.

You could probably post in one of the content policy threads and ask what they think.

I just started watching because funi dropped.

I can see why, but they should have at least decided to not simuldub it and wait till it was done to give it a home dub uncensored instead.

Its also a really funny, quite a clever show when you actually look past its sexy exterior. Probably my favorite new series of the season that isn't a sequel like MHA.

Speaking of Reviewers, does anyone know what's going on with episode 4, it doesn't seem to be anywhere.

Most of the official distros got theirs from Funi, but since they dropped it without warning, that source has dried up and the only way to obtain it is through (Angles tricorn and raises Jolly Roger) other means until someone else grabs the license for distribution outside Japan.

(Unless you have access to AT-X or that Taiwanese channel that's airing it or something)

The French subs of IR4 are available on Wakanim, but I think they have a VPN-blocker…

Crim hasn't been corrupted from partaking from the pleasures of the flesh, apart from slowly losing his inhibitions about getting with the ladies. I don't think he'd bar us from it lol.

So following up, apparently Wakamin in France is still subbing it, but they're dropped their English language subtitles and Madman's Anime Lab will be resuming streaming once they've got a new source for subs.

BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense continues to a lovely and fun little series with episode 5. Maple just gets along with everyone and now she can fly around on the back of a giant turtle raining acid on people. Sally is also starting to get a reputation.

Ishuzoku Reviewers is now the 2nd highest rated anime of all time on My Anime List. Oh what a time to be alive.

Apparently a youtuber Nux Tux made a joke video or something telling his fans to upvote or whatever & they took it really seriously.

What the fuck is going on this season?

Maybe that will convince FU Ni to sell the license to someone who will use it.

Funi will probably use it. It's just a bit too lewd for their streaming service.

It’s The Streisand Effect. Nobody cared till FUNIMATION pulled it, now everyone’s banging down the doors wanting them to give it to H Dive.
