Converting redirects to disambigs is perfectly fine, so you're free to convert it. Just make sure you add it to the Ambiguity Index when you're done.
Also, for reference, the page for the 2020's is in The New '20s.

As you all know, 2020 is almost nigh, and I believe it's a good idea to turn The Twenties from a redirect to The Roaring '20s to a disambiguation page between it and The Double Twenties (or whatever we call the 2020s page).
