Animated Star Trek Projects

Looks there are a couple new Star Trek animated projects in development:

An adult comedy cartoon for CBS All Access:

I would like to see a more mature animated series for adults but i'm interested to see where this goes.

Maybe because of Nickelodeon's Star Trek animated series the Brothers Hageman left Ninjago...

Anyway, they sound promising to me.

I hope CBS Eye Animation Studios (CBS Television Studios' animation arm, founded for Star Trek: Lower Decks) is involved in Nickelodeon's Star Trek cartoon (so does Nickelodeon Animation Studio, I hope...)...

Can this thread also include Star Trek: The Animated Series?

I think that is what they are doing with the current live-action Star Trek shows. I think they want to hit different demographics with these animated shows.

I assume both CBS and Nickelodeon would be involved with this show, I am guessing Nickelodeon would be doing most of the work in terms of production and animation, while CBS would provide oversight and advice.
