The name needs a lot of work. A lot of people on this wiki have been using this trope as a stand-in for "unplanned pregnancy" instead of "unrealized pregnancy" because they don't read the description and go off the name alone. I think this trope needs a new name more indicative of its meaning, but I can't think of one that isn't overly long. Any suggestions?
