I am very glad that you have asked. You see, the Community Center offers unique opportunities for coordination and consolidation of the political and financial power of Xenians within the Nexus. I am certain you are familiar with the Austro-Marxist notion of the Personal Autonomy Principle, wherein individuals are federated into representative culutral associations within a multiethnic polity to act as a self-determinating force within a popular democracy. I won't waste time with the technical details of the application of such a princple, but know that the Community Center would act as the spoke in the PAP wheel — a modern Circassian Khaganate, if you will.

With democratic and federative management of the Xenian cultural associations, the Community Center will operate as the heart of a beating and vibrant society, which will operate autonomously from the purview of human-dominated government. We hope to involve various participatory associations into the umbrella of the Community Center, including organized labour, small business, indepedent religious organizations, and C.L.A.M.S.

This will provide a greater position of authority for Xenians within the metropolis and will allow continued community involvement and activism by groups such as Rex Sauria Sophistes using both intra and extra-councillary means. You see the promise of such grassroots organization of your base, mobilizing a new movement founded on the ideals of your party's campaign.

As for the purely monetary aspects of the Community Center, a combination of progressive membership dues alongside an aggressive commercial engagement strategy should more than fund the Community Center's continued operation. We have taken pains to secure viable economic strategies for the infra-Center economy, which will operate on a series of conceptual Hemo-Credits, a popular economic concept among intellectual circles which I am sure you have become well-acquainted with.
