I only barely know what's going on in this series anymore. It's always so insane.
One Strip! One Strip!Didn't even know you could make folders here... That makes much more sense.
- I already got the joke, but my mind went blank trying to process that celebrity stuff on the TV. Never cared that much for live unscripted drama. I swear there's a reference to this Kiyoshi Endo guy or girl...
- Wonder if Fami knows how forks work.
- This is one weird, vitriolic slumber party. Denji just wakes up, put back together, and he still can't catch a break. I didn't recognize Katana Man at first until the next page. Thought he was the big student. "Ring the gong of revenge with my own foot" is a hilariously awesome line. And of course it has to cut off when things started to even better...
- The end of the world, Yoru, Nayuta, whatever else... now that they're face-to-face, I'm reminded of how starcrossed Dennis and Ashley are.
"I don't feel safe with these people!" may be the single best line in this manga
Hooray, they let those losers tag along. I kinda wanted to hear why. Well, we haven't seen Seigi, but I assume that's just because the scene this chapter was so crowded—he already said he was sticking with Haruka.
Haruka and Asa talking about the news is a bit funny when you remember the media is controlled to limit coverage of devil attacks. Do most people not know that? Honestly, those two are taking Denji's identity pretty well. Clearly they didn't want him to be Chainsaw Man, but still have goodwill toward him.
Nobana's line at the end made me realize that, since Yoru doesn't really have any reason to pass as a human anymore, Asa will come off as a complete psychopath if you don't know there's two people in there.
While we're on the subject, dude bulked the fuck since the last time we saw him that lightly-dressed.
Yeesh, never dawned on me that, when Yoru keeps switching out in such a short time frame, Asa seriously looks bipolar. She should really just tell them she's the War Woman at this point. Still, ya know she's gonna take Denji for sushi if only to cheer him up. Shouldn't be too bad for her though, since I'm fairly certain they have non fish items at sushi places like vegetarian rolls. Also, that face she makes at the end is adorable.
My initial thought to Samurai calling Asa a bitch was that even he felt Asa seemed cruel to Denji at that point and was displaying Even Evil Has Standards... then I remembered this is Samurai Sword whose hatred for Denji practically gives him life, and realized he's likely just calling Asa a bitch in general.
At this point I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop and for everyone to turn on Fami. She obviously still hasn't told them how Denji being Chainsaw Man really works since Asa thinks he can somehow have a "normal life" and free him from being Chainsaw Man if they fight... despite needing to take Pochita out of Denji to do that which would kill him, and Denji will likely lose it when he finds out Fami leads the Chainsaw Man Church since the other Weapons killed Meowy and his dogs on her orders, and Barem was the reason Nayuta "died".
And while Seiji is back now, where did the hell did Nail go? Did he stay at the apartment since his exposed brain would make him stick out too much?

Vegeta: I'm back bitches!Fami is still the only one who knows "Asa" is two people. Which is making everyone else think she's crazy, but maybe she thinks knowing she's possessed by a devil is worse. Yes, even though half of the people around her are some kinda devil—I didn't say it was a rational concern.
Either there are still corpses lying around from last week or new Pseudo-Chainsaw Men are emerging very often. The series is really emphasizing how much people will ignore devil attacks. I'm not sure if this just a dark Running Gag, building to something about the prophesy, or a worldbuilding thing about how a society deals with a threat that is literally powered by their fear.
Fami making no attempt to explain to anyone that Asa is possessed is the ultimate dick move.
I love it.
One Strip! One Strip! Now, something that I've seen pointed out about this chapter is that you need to accept popular perception, even if it's usually irreverent or irrelevant. Meaning, that even if people have been joking about Asa being autistic, that doesn't mean that she isn't, or that an interpretation that she is is invalid. And in this particular case, the idea that she is an autistic individual with an aversion to fish such as sushi as a food that she has expressed several times before and never wavered on because it's a part of her conception of the world really explains and adds to her characterization in this chapter. I would doubt if it were any author but Fujimoto, who would add autistic rep on a whim just to point the finger at anyone who looks intolerant and blow a raspberry at their ideological grave.
Also, Nayuta is alive, because Asa's memory is still skewed whereas Makima's changes all got reset when she dies.

Fandom has a tendency to reduce mental illness, disability, and neurodiversity into jokes, and it can make discussions about it difficult, even if it's a very real aspect of the character.
(Chainsaw Man has a lot of humor at the character's expense, but it never feels cruel about it, I think)
While I won't say that I'm entirely certain that Asa is autistic, or autistic coded, I find the possibility that she is very compelling. Even more, I appreciate that Fujimoto doesn't shy away from how Asa's personality and aversions can make her off-putting at times, even to somebody such as Denji, all of which is only made worse by the fact that she is possessed by Yoru. It's rather refreshing: sometimes autistic or autistic coded characters have all their edges shaved off in order to be more "likeable."

Is this the same apartment complex Falling first showed up at? And OFC Fami is more focused on eating.
First time we see Samurai Swords actual face this part, and it's after kicking Denji's balls in. He was really holding a grudge over Aki and Denji's little contest. Also, this would be Round 4 man, Round 3 was when you were Makima's bitch.
Good thing Denji got that hybrid level regen, since his balls would be paste otherwise.
Seems Yoru thinks that Pochita is just sleeping and can come out... Yeah, unless you can drive Denji to a point lower than when he came out last time, you're wasting your time Yoru.
And now Nail is into Denji too! Denji's unofficial harem keeps expanding, and they continue to be batshit fucking insane!
