Anyways, the manga is good so far. Hopefully it can survive the brutal competition that is Jump.

God, I hope so too. It's really fun so far, and has me looking forward to every new chapter.

Yeah... Gotta be honest. The first chapter is fucking dark even by Jump Standards. Possibly making TPN feel tame. But I fucking love this and cant wait to see the adventures of Denji and his companions going regarding demon slaying.

Also, one thing for sure: If some people like some animes like Goblin Slayer or Akame Ga Kill... I guarantee that they probably like this manga I guess.

Yeah, it was a pretty dark beginning but it was awesome.
I loved the latest chapter, and the antics there. It has a good blend of comedy and violence.

Have a feeling that they will get along together like most of Shonen manga haha... Feels that this manga is a bit borderline Seinen but idc. Still hoping it survived at Jump. And if it truly survived for more years, Can't wait to see White Fox handle the anime adaptation. Usually the rankings start to become apparent around chapter 8-9.
Anyway yeah, the black comedy is great. 
I still can't figure out if Makima genuinely cares about Denji or is just a manipulative bitch. But I like her.
Not a big fan of the artstyle though.

Seems that despite quarreling with Denji at first and seems to hate humans, Power seems to have an interest with cats and seemingly form a promise that if Denji got her cat back, she will let Denji fondle her breasts so yeah... Insert obligatory best girl meme here :P

Love how the main character manages to be fucked up and kind of an asshole, but in a quirky and endearing way. It's not an easy balance to strike.
(Make that all of the characters and sort of the entire setting, actually).
Good summary of things.
I guess I kinda see his obsession with boobs as relating to his other previous obsessions (toast with jam, for example). It's something "nice" that he's never gotten to experience, because of his shit life.
He's been denied anything good his whole life, so now he's all I WANT TO DO THE THING.
