Move most of that to the Recap namespace.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"I have never seen a recap page consisting of a wall of text.
It used to be the province of the deprecated Synopsis namespace before that was merged with Recap, so that would seem to be the place.
Synopsis is still available on the subpage creation dropdown. Should I maybe use that one?
No, we merged Synopsis and Recap a while ago, since they serve the same purpose.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"How do you enforce the merge if you still allow Synopsis pages to be created?
That's an issue for the developers: we're waiting on the implementation of namespace blocking. We can cut them when we find them, though.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"What should the page type be set to?
Recaps should be set to "examples".
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Some of that material seems to be more of a history of the work, it's various story arcs, incarnations and creative teams, than strictly a recap of anything specific. There is an option of making a franchise page to divide that information more appropriately, but I guess it works if everyone is fine with the recap page.
Dick Tracy recaps the entire history of the work which takes up several screens. I wouldn't want to cut the content (which would be legit) but I wonder if there is some other way to fold away the content. Any ideas?
