Time Stream Zone – Act 2
Apperently the giant human baby has a...TPAES, if abbrieviated to an acronym.
"Transport across the ages?", Silver asked the baby,"Does that mean that we will be to travel in time again once that barrier disappears?"
You might know everything I'm going to do...but that's not going to help you, since I KNOW EVERYTHING YOU'RE GOING TO DO! STRANGE, ISN'T IT?Por? Tal? Funny name. Lucca call shiny hole Time Gate.
One-eye know when little baby from? If not get to Time End, not know where take baby for help. Baby change, be old and then baby again, but not remember when from when old or when baby.
"Potentially so," Time Baby replied while idly attempting to stick his foot in his mouth, "Then all of us may resume our duties and pretend that none of this ever happened."
"WILL YOU SHUT UP!?" The shout came from the teen girl that had been coddling Time Baby moments ago, only now her pink glow had suddenly turned dark red, and her voice had become deep and distorted. "We get it, you're a primitive cave lady who can't talk right. Now quit filling the air with half words and find a dictionary or GET STUFFED!"
There was a sound like a rush of energy, and the girl twitched and convulsed on the spot. Her dark glow went back to a bright warm pink, and her voice became sweetly once more.
"Oh my gosh, I am so sorry for that! I'm such a...a mean, dumb muffin-head for overreacting that way. Don't let anyone pressure you into speaking a way you're not comfortable with, Miss Ayla. I do so hope you can forgive me."
The Overseers stared silently. At last, one awkwardly cleared his throat. "Yes, quite. Anyway, you shouldn't worry about that ghost's age, neanderthal woman. He is prone to shifting between them quite on a whim, probably to reflect his view on past and future."
"Most people here are accustomed to seeing time as a strict progression from cause to effect, one thing happening after another. But he is Clockwork, the Spirit of Time, and as such sees time in its entirety. He views everything that has happened, and everything that could ever happen."
"Only now, he appears to no longer see anything that has or will happen. This seems to have caused him to have a nervous breakdown."
"As for where he is from, it is not a place you would know. It is a world beyond the prime material plane, filled with the souls of the departed, and the essences of life without form. A realm known to many as 'the Ghost Zone'."
"But already we have told you too much! Begone with you!"

"Good. We'll be able to go home." Doraemon decided. Nobita had probably landed himself in some sort of trouble by now and on top of everything else, these observers didn't even seem to want them there. He had to admit, he was interested in the other time travelers. There wouldn't be any harm in getting to know them while the wall dissipated.
-Time Spirit? So like the old man at Time End then. But there are no shiny holes here, and nothing to do but wait for the Epoch to be fixed so as to deposit the baby there. Her stomach gives a loud rumble.-
Ayla hungry.
-She walks up to the girl who had shouted at her.-
Shouty girl also angry because hungry? Ayla know. Ayla give shouty girl baby Clock-work, girl good taking care big baby, take care little baby. Ayla hunt, find big dino, feed all here.
Larry is fiddling with his time computer while the others are chatting. He can't rejoin the mission until the barrier is fixed. There might be a chance that the mission might be a disaster.
In an attempt at avoiding those bad thoughts, he might talk with a fellow time-traveler, like that talking robo-cat. He glances at Doraemon and attempts to strike up a conversation.
"So, uh, Doraemon? What do you plan on doing after you get back?"
The cycle-tic spectres stared at Ayla impassively. "From your primitive gabble, I can only assume you refer to a portal of some description," said one. "We have not seen such a thing while passing over this village, and could not tell you if we knew where one was to begin with."
"We are Observants," said the other, "Honour-bound to watch the affairs of mortals and never interfere. This very meeting has strained the limits of our laws."
The Time Baby floated above, and squinted at the horizon. "Hmm....this strange realm extends further than this village. Perhaps a way out be found in the wild plains beyond. Agent Lolph! Take a search party to the northern wastes."
"Roger."
"Agent Dundgren, sweep the south."
"Roger that."
"Blendin Blandin, what restricts our transport through the ages?"
Amongst the decorated officers, a pudgy man in light grey overalls was fiddling with a device. "II It looks like s-some kind of tachyon barrier," he stammered, "II-uh-I don't know if I can bypass it...buh-but it looks like it's gradually dissipating by itself."
"Keep me appraised by the moment. The rest of you, do as you wish, but do not hamper the work of my Time Paradox Avoidance Enforcement Squadron!"
"That's Time Police to you, civilians," said Agent Dundgren.
