So someone lured me back here with the promises of a Yu-Gi-Oh! RP. Is this still open?

The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the groundOh hey!
Sorry, but all the slots are currently filled. If anyone leaves/stops playing I'll announce it here.
Wait what?Ok everyone, a slot has freed up!
Wait what?so is it first come first serve on the sheet?
was wanting to do an orphegel player. could really have fun hamming it up.

Yes.
Your deck should be wanting some more modern support. I don't want anything extremely meta. I'll need to see the decklist before I approve Orcusts.
Wait what? Also, keeping this separate because this applies to everyone.
At this point, any new player characters have already won a round in the tournament.
Wait what?mmk. just as a real beforehand warning: is running 2 iblees and a mermaid aight? simply because they have fun interactions with orcustrated knightmare and gives another combo.
i also generally run needlefiber and glow up bulb. those are the most meta shit i generally run and just wanted to figure that out before i commit too hard since they're two combos i generally use quite a bit.
In the case of the Knightmares, if it's just Iblee and Mermaid it should be fine.
In the case of Blow-Up + Needlefiber tho... I don't think so. It's a bit much and basically means a two card link 4 (Assuming your running another tuner). Post the decklist as a whole.
Wait what?mmk.
will do so soon

• Name: Allin Skylark
• Age: 21
• Gender: Male
• Duel Disk: Custom black dual disk, with gold trimming and a harp attached to it.
• Appearance: 5’ 5” with androgynous features. Hair is waist length black, with blond highlights. Blue eyes. Idol appearance: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/finalfantasy/images/0/05/Lenne-concept.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20100416205427 top right image clothes. Standard appearance is generally jeans, t-shirt and glasses.
• Backstory: A well known musical idol around the world, known for his dramatic and energetic music, Allin Skylark puts up a face of a perfect performer, loving of his fans, and proficient in the power of hype. He was raised from childhood by his parents to have perfect grades, perfect performance in singing, dance, and theatre, and it all paid off in leading to his current fame. However, in keeping up that appearance of perfection, Allin hides his private face from the cameras and fans: that of a cheerful nerd who loves spending his downtime playing games and binging shows on Netflix. His interest in playing Yu-Gi-Oh was leaked to the press, and so to take advantage of it, his manager signed him on to the tournament in a PR stunt. Most people would assume that the choice of Orcusts as his deck to be reflective of his music, but in actuality the other half of the reason is he is a massive fan of the World Legacy line for its references to JRPG and its intriguing implied plot.

@Solus Lupus Accepted. Though, I noticed a few things with your deck. You know Glow-Up's effect can only be used once per duel right? Also, noticed Orcustrion is missing from your extra deck. You're in, but are you sure that's your final deck?
Wait what?orcustrion is there. 3 of glow up is just to have a bit more consistency to have things get started. and is still more of a side combo anyways.
and yeah i'm pretty sure. this is mostly the deck i use for standard duels minus the ash blossoms instead of the grephers and second wand. well, that and cerberus and phoenix, but those were usually only for backup plans.
now that you say it tho, slightly tempted to replace 1 or two of the glow ups with a black salvo.
woops. forgot to add the numbers of a few of the spells. fixing that real quick
edit: maybe a monster reborn too.

Huh, must've missed it. I'd say 2 Black Salvo makes for a good alternative to the two Glow-up. Anyways, your accepted, so signups close once more. Tell me when your deck is final so I can put it into the decklists.
Edited by Blastgamer on Nov 21st 2018 at 8:11:53 AM
Wait what?mmk. i'll switch out two of the glow ups for a black salvo.
Ok, going to assume that is your final decklist. Meaning you can't change it outside of Side decking periods.
Wait what?alright. sounds like a plan.
I'll be making an introductory post for you on the main rp.
Welcome!
Wait what?mmk. will catch up and post later on tonight.
thanks for accepting me ^.^
Wait, so is Solus allowed to use Needlefiber or not?
Where there's life, there's hope.Ok, as another player has dropped out, it seems signups are reopened once again! Keep in mind we're about to start round 2 of the tournament.

Wait what?I know you mentioned you'd rather not see big beatsticks. Would you allow an Ancient Gear Deck despite Ancient Gears specializing in Beating with sticks?
Good to be backI think beatstick decks are only problematic when they are too weak.
We have Gouki and Mermail here.
Where there's life, there's hope.- Name: Jack Rust
- Age: 19
- Gender: Male
- Duel Disk: Jack’s duel disk resembles a standard KC Mass Production Duel disk. However, it’s also been heavily patched up due to its age and falling apart. The gem is replaced with a large brown lens and it’s covered with just bolted on plates of and brass and studded leather to keep it together. Instead of the standard brace, it’s attached to a metal cuff and a Leather glove that covers Jack’s right hand. It has a gauge which it uses to tell lifepoints sticking out of the side.
- Appearance: Jack is a tall, wiry young man with neck length brown hair and a scraggly goatee. He usually wears a brown leather vest over a white undershirt, camo pants with steel toed boots and a pair of heavy goggles on his forehead.
- Backstory: Jack grew up in the midwest as the son of a mechanic. He first picked up duel monsters as a hobby and figured that, if he could beat everyone in town, he would try the next league up. Simply put, he’s just up for the fun.
- Deck: Jack’s deck, like Jack, is as subtle as an arms factory.
- Monsters: (21)
- Ancient Gear Knight x3
- Ancient Gear Solider X3
- Ancient Gear Hunting Hound X 3
- Ancient Gearframe X 3
- Ancient Gear Wyvern X 3

Good to be backI have interest! I’ve got ideas with Gem Knights, or Light/Dark Dragon decks or Fire Fist/Ritual/Fire deck in general.
When you have room that is.
Discussion Page Up.
Wait what?
