The crowdfunded film about a costumed rock band that played in Disneyland for just one summer.
Recently found this channel and it's fascinating.
Just watched the Epcot video and I feel like if you tried to describe what it conceptually was trying to be in a vacuum, it really would come off as too crazy to be real.
To this day, Disney takes great care that no one can be counted as a "resident" in Reedy Creek so they can't vote.
The original Epcot is a fascinating story.
It really sounds like Disney was trying to do a Sim City.
Bumping question: who's that narrator in his early videos featuring Universal Studios? he seemed familiar. Also shame he doesn't do Universal vids anymore
Kevin tries his hand at Defunctfood.
What the hell was that episode?
Nach jeder Ebbe kommt die Flut.I liked that he did three levels of difficulty: totally scratch dough and BBQ filling, store-bought dough and salad, Arby's beef and cheddar in a hollowed-out roll.
This, Ladies and gentlemen, is one of many things that sets Kevin apart from other theme park channels.
Any time you aren't running, I'm getting closer.Genuinely solid writing?
That and dry, almost cynical wit against the usually cheery/bittersweet subject matters.
His off-color description of the Holmes Castle comes to mind, as just a run-down hotel before explaining its actual significance twenty minutes later.
🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaKevin's videos are also well-researched with high production values and good editing. You could probably throw his stuff on Netflix or TV as actual documentaries and it would fit right in.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with? He's back, with his biggest, strangest, wildest, most frustrating story yet.
Comedic timing on-point as always.Surprising a lil' queue system could result in such a meaty video.
🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaThe reveal that Shapeland was the Animal Kingdom all along was brilliantly played.
I will echo my thoughts: I am still baffled as to how people find anything Avatar enjoyable, especially the rides. Even with the videos they're so sterile compared to say, Pirates of the Carribean.
Literally the only reason I can think of is that “it looks pretty”.
“Now! Let us engage in the art of deduction!”I've been waiting for this video ever since Kevin started making rants posts about it on Twitter a couple months ago. It did not disappoint.
It's worth noting that I'm pretty sure he made this to prove FastPass was ultimately detrimental to the parks, only to end up showing that the original version of the system was a net positive.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with? Finally watched the video. Yep, I did go to WDW in 2018 as a friend of the monster. I had the Unofficial Guide and got up at 7am ET (4am here out west) 60 days in advance to make reservations. I literally had a spreadsheet with attractions and times listed out.
And it worked — I got to do pretty much everything I wanted to do. But man, it was like planning to invade Normandy. I can see how a lot of visitors wouldn't want to do all that work. But they're going to get stuck in line.
I consider it quite the Fail that a system designed to decrease line congestion actually contributed to it.
This is a 105-minute video about people standing in lines.
...And it's fascinating.
Nach jeder Ebbe kommt die Flut.Well it starts that, but it also becomes a study on the classes of people and manipulation.
Yeah I managed to watch the cartoon of the original. It was very... Lou Scheimer-y
