Is Character Outlives Actor a Trivia trope?

Character Outlives Actor is about a character is removed from a work after the actor associated with the character dies in real life, but the character doesn't die. It's stated to be the inversion of The Character Died with Him.

Not only is the trope content trivia rather than in-universe information, but the inversion trope has a Trivia banner. Should Character Outlives Actor have the trivia banner, too? At the moment, it's being placed on trope/work places as a non-trivia trope.

Also, is it genuinely an inversion of The Character Died with Him? I would have thought the inversion of that trope would be The Character Lived Without Him — as in, the character is kept going despite the actor's death (triggering The Other Darrin), not that the character is removed from the show in a non-lethal way. That sounds more like a sister trope than an inversion trope.

If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading.

It's a partial inversion! *cough*

Seriously, though, it's one of those Real Life Writes the Plot tropes, since the character is still taken off screen, even if she's still alive according to the narrative. It's that group of tropes that are kind of tropes, kind of trivia, since they affect the plot, but the reasons behind them are trivia.

Okay, I guess it stays in that little grey area that I hate so much. tongue I'm just not sure why the one has the banner and the other doesn't. It sounds like they should both have it or both not have it. From what your saying, it sounds like The Character Died with Him shouldn't have the trivia banner either?
