Kaga - Cruiser

Kaga's fighter wing all departed to go intercept the hawks, before she was sent to the ground with a tackle and a thud, causing her to just kind of.... growl. "I am capable defending myself!" ,she called out from her new position, not seeing to care too much that they were being shot at more that she was being treated as something frail, "I was built on the hull of a Tosa class battleship! Annnnd now we have a dead villager to deal with too don't we....". With a sigh she began to pull herself off the ground and dust herself off, looking up and down the ship for a flag, "Look while I would love to give our new friend a tour, I think the first thing we should do is change this ships standards... I made a temporary one for the Train station, but we should probably bring it over here and fly it so that we don't get more unwanted gunfire while we are away"

M16A1 - Cruiser

"Oh I'm sorry for trying to keep you out of harm's way, Bossfox - wait, what do you mean built?" M16A1 said, getting up and shooting Kaga a piercing glance, her lone eye staring dead ahead at her.

"Are you saying... you're a doll too?" she asked.

Majima (Shrine Gate)-An understanding

Majima nodded. "Good. Glad we had this little talk. As for you, you feel free to drop on by anytime you'd like to do this training of yours. Just give me a little notice so I can have people ready to actually train."

Majima then turned to the two ladies who decided to butt in. "Ladies." He said as he clapped his hands together, not exactly looking happy anymore. "Exactly what part of "Private conversation" did you not understand?"

Char - Shrine Gate

"an interesting system to be put in place, quite ashame to hear that it hasn't worked out but I am no stranger to what power can make a person do."

He looked over in the direction that Majima and Chun-Li had gone off to have their private conversation before looking back to Siluca.

"Are you with him, Majima I mean? He seems to be building himself quite a large social circle already despite how short a time we've been here."

Chun-Li, Shrine Gate

"Yeah," Chun-Li nodded and turned to immediately spot Zenyatta nearby. She tilted her head and gave him a look over, "Never though I would see a robotic monk... What's your name? I'm Chun-Li"

Given her own career in the martial arts, Zenyatta was far from the most absurd martial artist she has seen.

Juri, Adventurer's Guild

Juri dodged the punch and send a flurry of kicks at Naga's... chest. While it was the place with the most padding and thus cause the least permanent harm, it would also hurt like hell.

Naga - Adventurer's Guild

"Oh darn!" Naga sighed, exhaling as her expression deflated. Her punch had missed! Just as she was about to reflect deeply on her own actions, analyze Juri's technique to pinpoint weaknesses, and learn from the experience, her train of thought was rudely interrupted when the other woman delivered a devastating series of kicks to her chest, sending her flying into the stone wall behind her, leaving a mark that could easily be buffed out. Once the crack was filled in with mortar. And sanded. And given a little bit of a touch-up with the grout.

"Ahahaha, I see you've had some training," Naga laughed, picking herself up off the floor and dusting off the debris. She coughed once and held her hands up to her chest, squeezing once to massage away the sting. "You must be a master of your art - a rank amateur wouldn't be able to so much as lay a single finger on the great Naga the Serpent! Or foot, as the case may be! Now let's see how you handle this!"

She charged forward, running towards Juri with a surprisingly peppy burst of speed, and... threw another punch at her face.

Reiko, Canalli
Though she'd refrain from pointing it out, the irony of M16's name wasn't lost on Reiko. She found herself imagining a literal M16 in about the same outfit as the woman on that boat, and brushed it aside.

"I said I wanted answers. You people might have it, that man probably didn't," Reiko said, tilting her head very, very slightly at the strange gungirl. "Nothing more than that."

Ionia and Aeolia, Bungled Negotiations
Some private conversation if it was just a few feet away from everyone else. Still, it might've technically sorta maybe been construed as both of their faults that they actually bothered to try and talk to them.

They were blameless, though, in that they were overhearing every single conversation within sight range. Ionia and Aeolia would've had to blow out their ear drums not to! Not even covering their ears and saying "la la la I'm not listening" would've stopped this from happening.

Nevertheless, the Maestros bowed their heads and took a step back, obviously a little frustrated. Aeolia went first. "It's...our fault, yes. We should've kept out of the actual conversation, buuuuut—"

"—something you should know about us is that we happen to be very good listeners," Ionia continued. "If you do have to have a conversation that you don't want us to listen to, boss, you'd probably do better in a sound-proofed room. Or just very, very far away from wherever we are! Don't tell anyone about this, by the way."

M16A1 Dummy - Canal

"We are in a wonderful neck of the woods called the Frontiers," M16 answered, her eye gazing straight at Reiko, as the two of them stood on the canal - not on the boat. "And we don't get back. Not on our own. That faceless bastard said he could do it if we survive, but I trust that as much as I trust Canadian Whiskey. So I'm thinkin' the survival part is all we can really rely on."

"As for me, I'm a Tactical Doll - robot gunslinging machine - don't tell me you've never heard of us," she continued. "Unless you think humans having identical quintuplets is normal," she gestured upwards with a tilt of her head, where the three other M16 dolls were looking down at them, and the master M16 was busy talking to Kaga.

"And what about you?" she asked. "Fast fingers with that rifle of yours, could always use a sniper with us. Locals around here like using bows and throw fireballs around like some sort of magic show, woman with a gun can be a real help."

Cruiser - Disembark

Kaga started heading off the cruiser to join up to the others, and to go claim the other flag. "We have been called that in some languages, although the more proper term would be kanmasu... and I mean exactly what I said, I was built in a shipyard, my planes were built in a factory, aircraft carriers don't just form on there own", she replied to M16 as she stepped down into the water

“He has,” Siluca said, crossing her arms as she also regarded Majima and the others. “I chose to accompany him to this meeting, though I hold no allegiance to the ‘Family’ he has created. I just happened to discover the street he and his associates set up in as I was beginning to explore the city.”

Zenyatta - Introductions

Now that he had the woman's attention, Zenyatta saw fit to answer her query, and bowed his head to her. "Greetings. You may call me Zenyatta." Hearing Shun speak up next to him, Zenyatta moved his head back up, and waited patiently for Chun-Li to hopefully shed some light on where he had awoken to.

Ratchet and Clank — to Chun Li, Zenyatta et al

Having not participated in Char, Majima and the rest's conversation at all — Ratchet because he figured it was none of his business and Clank out of politeness — the duo instead naturally gravitated toward the newcomers.
When Shun mentioned an explanation, Ratchet nodded in agreement. "Yeah, nobody ever told me what's going on here, either. I mean, I get that Majima over there and Char and possibly other people are carvin' little kingdoms for themselves outta this place — which seems pretty desolate, all things considered — it's very weird."
"Quite so," Clank added. "For example, the blonde woman does not know any firearms."
"I'm Ratchet, by the way," the Lombax added by the way of introduction, "and this is Clank."

Morrighan (Police Station) - The Goddess Who Turned Into A Girl

"I am unsure myself, but I can assure you that this is not my normal appearance," Morrighan explained. "I assume it has to do with my power. At the moment I am far weaker than I was back in Erinn. I may be able to regain my power with time, but until then there I have no way to know for sure whether or not I will be able to return myself to my true form."

Truly she was expecting some skepticism, that much she had taken for granted given her appearance. But the fact that they reacted as if they had never even heard her name before was somewhat surprising. Still, she was now in a different world, and she was well aware of that. She was, by all intents and purposes, as much a foreigner there as the Milletians were in Erinn. She would have to adapt accordingly, much like the Milletians had back then.

At that point a man showed up to inform them that there was a food establishment out there. While Morrighan herself did not need food (or at least, she did not believe she needed it), she was in the mood for exploring. There were many things about the people living in that land that she wished to learn.

"Will you three be visiting that place as well?" the goddess asked. "May I ask to join you?"

Hiccup's Group - Police Station

"I'll be going, need to see if they have any meat for sell," Isaac said.

"I'll stay, I'm not hungry," Hawkins said, still content with some of Okami's greens.

"I'll go too, but I if I don't think we can afford to-"

"Hiccup is giving silver coins, it's all taken care of," the villager said.

"Well, if it's fine then, let's go then," Meg said. "Oh, by the way, Hiccup rides a dragon, so don't be too scared of that, okay?" she said to Morrighan.

"It's a wyvern," her husband said.

"He said it's a dragon."

"I still think it's a wyvern."

Reiko, Everyone's Off The Boats, But We're Still Calling It "Canals"
"It's worse that you're a living doll." Trust her when she was narratively saying this: identical quintuplets each dressed identically, with the same scars and all trained in combat with assault weapons wasn't even the weirdest thing she's seen and then shot.

With what little she had overheard, seen and been told, she figured rather drolly that this was some kind of overly complicated magic thing. Magic doesn't exist, as you know, but apparently someone made an exception. Whether or not this meant that bullets still worked as they should was yet to be fully proven.

Ignoring commenting on any of the crazy circumstances beyond a muffled "Strange", she concluded with "...No. Unless you're paying."

M16A1 - It is Technically Still Alongside the Canal Even if They Are Not in the Boat!

"In case it's not too obvious to you yet, there isn't really a 'government' around here," M16 said to Reiko. "Nobody's printing dollar bills, and nobody's got anything worth buying or selling. The only payment someone could offer you right now is a bed to sleep in, and an understanding that we won't try and kill each other. If you don't like that, you could always try finding someone who'll bullshit you and say they'll pay you with something they don't have."

One Week Timeskip -> Late Morning

And so time marches on yet again, the celestial orbs in the sky shifting between shining sun and changing moons seven times over the course of the week. Definite changes could be seen happening as the villagers got to work on making their surroundings more inhabitable once more, clearing away the weeds and cleaning up the rubble. As the overgrown foliage was taken away, the urban environment once more showed itself as the larger than life buildings were taken residence by the medieval peasants.

Surprisingly, the Fire Nation defectors were a main factor in helping the establishment of of territory as their Firebending allowed for controlled creations of fields by burning out the undesirable weeds and trees, along with the smelting of superior farming equipment. Soon, the beginnings of tilled fields began to crop up outside of the city's walls, furrows of dirt planted with the seeds of wheat pilfered from the supply rooms as well as various fruit pits gathered from the stalls.

With nothing to do in the mean-time, the captured ship simply began to go out to sea to hoist back its bounties to help sustain the population while also protecting the small groupings of fishing boats that were made by the more aquatically inclined villagers. That in itself led to the discovery that the ocean was incredibly bountiful, with large schools of tuna, anchovies, sardines, and giant crabs ripe for the taking with handfuls of other species being hauled up every now and then. Still, strange shapes were also noted to be shining from under the waves at night and shark fins were spotted in deeper waters.

Hiccup would eventually receive news from the Lizardmen he had befriended a while ago via the Chocobo genocide in regards to a 'giant metal ship' banked in a hidden cove located further up the beaches after a scout chanced upon the place while looking around for potential food sources. The Bluetail tribes had also seemed to have set up a pen for Chocobos in general, with hatchlings running around with youthful energy.

Flocks of screaming birds could be heard and seen as they flapped up from the forests bordering the city, with the avians strangely flying up closer to the area as the days went by. The startled creatures were also accompanied via what appeared to be wolf howls which were also becoming more vivid and clear over time, particularly at night. Something strange appears to be happening in the woods that inspired such a ruckus.

Stragglers from elsewhere began to shuffle on into the city as well, though these ones were rather shorter and stouter than most of the general populace. Also hairier as well though that was mostly cause they seemed to be of dwarves. With their numbers ranging in around the forties, the squat and muscular craftsmen seemed to have taken over parts of the production district after a particularly intense haggling session from Tanya to get them to pay for their stay by producing high quality metal goods. Surprisingly some of them had what appeared to be flintlocks from the Sengoku era and the knowledge of how to craft more of such antique firearms.

Wendy's restaurant in general was doing rather good business, especially after the dwarves had come to town given how much alcohol and meat they consumed every day after working in their forges. Still, they complained about the lack of terrestrial animal meat which began to annoy the proprietress after a few days of such complaints so the quest board was dusted off. Requests to find edible land animals were promptly posted along with other small tasks put up by the villagers.

Also slipping on into the city on the fourth day was a tall and weathered man with a mask obscuring the lower half of his face, the traveler simply taking up residence in the bar once sunset came to enjoy his drink quietly before leaving once night came. No one quite knew where it was he went after his happy hour was over or where he had came from, with very few asking questions due to the fact he seemed rather melancholic in general. And had a long curved sword the height of a tall man strapped to his back.

All in all, quite a few notable events had happened. Perhaps the various notable characters in the City should get together and begin discussing with each other what they should do in the short and long terms before a lack of government made things harder for everyone once trouble reared its head?

Kat- Quest Board

One week in this strange world so far... honestly, if it wasn't for the homesickness and missing friends, this wouldn't be such a bad place. Still, though, all she has to do is wait... and do the best she can with making the spirit a generous one. At least she's getting the hang of this city now. Took a bit to get used to the lack of floating islands, but that somehow made getting around somewhat easier, when you don't have to worry about running out of juice without solid ground beneath you.

Speaking of "juice", she could go for a refuel. Something one probably should realize before looking into a request to find animals for meat, but she's never one to think that far in advance. But she certainly knows the flavvvvalue of meat, plus Wendy's is quite a place she frequents, so might at well help out a little.

Taking the request under her belt, she contacted the poster.

By the Cove - Hiccup and Toothless' Party

Near the entrance of the cove, Hiccup and Toothless were planning how to take the ship inside from the Fire Nation. The plan was to have as few casualties as possible and to leave the ship in working condition, and everyone that came with him knew that.

"Alright, I'll go scout ahead and see if there are any openings. If something goes wrong, go ahead and try to take them out while they are focused on me. Does anyone have any questions?"

Docks

-Wulfrik alights from the fishing ship, looking as ill-tempered as ever. The boats are solid, bringing in a goodly haul of fish, but the fishermen do not have the experience or skill to craft a worthy replacement for the Seafang, nor are there enough warriors to crew it, and so he must make do with participating in the fishing as he did before the gods revealed his destiny.-

-Thankfully, strange and ominously large shadows were seen flitting under the water's surface. If there is no battle to be found on land, with even the newly-arrived dwarves failing to recognize the sigils of Chaos and none of them responding to Wulfrik's taunts concerning the fall of Karak Dum or the Black Crag, it seems he will have to look to the sea to find a worthy battle. The voices of the gods remain as obstinately silent as ever, and there is no progress made on the gate to other worlds. As during his previous imprisonment, the only joy left to him is drinking, and with a heavy heart he heads for the closest thing the city has to a mead hall.-

Kronus system

-Aboard the Tau fleet now fleeing Kronus, Shas'O Kais meditates before the corpse of Aun'el Shio'res, a martyr of the Greater Good fallen to murderous Space Marines. The Greater Good, the great overarching principle of the Tau, was not strong enough to defeat these zealots, and the Ethereal now lying in state paid the price for their collective failure. O'kais racks his memory to determine what mistakes he made that resulted in such a defeat, that Tau of the future might learn from his mistakes. Behind him, a drone buzzes as it carries out maintenance on his weapons systems, the Sha'O having yet to remove his armor and drones still blackened with the soot of the battle.-

-Despite his grief and introspection, O'Kais notices a change around him. The Ethereal, the ceremonial chamber, even the walls of the starship are gone, and instead he finds himself on a hill overlooking a ruined and overgrown city, its angular lines betraying its human origin. And floating in the air in front of him, an otherwordly creature like none he has ever seen, even during the invasion of the twisted Deimos peninsula. The entity speaks, revealing that O'Kais was brought here to nurture and aid in the development of a new world.-

-Still reeling from the creature's explanation of his new purpose, O'Kais takes a moment to explore his surroundings in greater detail. His drones are still there, and the construction drone is holding on to his weapons. The Shas'O smiles behind his helmet. Whoever the aliens who brought him here may be, they could have chosen a worse candidate to advance the cause of the Greater Good. And who knows, after the inhabitants of this world are made to see its benefits, perhaps this Nameless can be persuaded to join.-

-Before setting out, he performs one last check to ensure he is truly trapped on this planet, ordering the drone to begin constructing proper facilities to begin the colonization of a new planet, starting with a distress beacon.-

Unable to comply. Cause: Insufficient raw materials. Warning: Reserves nonexistent.

-Alone, then. O'kais heads towards the city and the crowds milling about.-

-Remembering the advice he heard from a Water Caste diplomat specializing in gue'la relations, the Shas'o spreads his empty hands apart to show he is not armed, with the drones moving behind him to avoid looking like a show of force as he deactivates his stealth field.-

Humans! I am Shas'O T'au Kais, and bid you greetings in the name of the Greater Good. Who among you is your leader?

Its yo boi, before the time skip!

After M16 spoke her to Reiko about the apparent lack of an economy at the moment, Guzma thought for a moment. "Though.....if yer willing, he's something to tide ya over," he said to Reiko, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a wallet. "Ya know, symbolic until this place gets something a bit more substantial." He offered the contract killer a small stack of 100 Pokedollars, 1000 in total. Better hire her out now to prevent someone shady from doing so, he thought.

Its yo boi, checking in a week later!

"Right!" Guzma said to Hiccup, the trainer having let out Golisopod, preparing to ride her over the water and up to two others with him. If there was a crew to the ship and they were violent, Guzma would get the jump on them as they were busy with Hiccup and keep them preoccupied while the rest of the scouts caught up with smaller boats for backup.

Speaking of alliances, Guzma found himself making a couple during the week he was in the frontiers and generally mingling with the general populace. He turned down Kaga's offer to actually join her, preferring to run solo at the moment and not to be tied down by any political bullcrap. Since then, he kind of placed himself as a bit of a peacekeeper of sorts in the only way he knew how: Roughly breaking up conflicts that were getting violent while actual mediators came in and punching out folks too stubborn to take a hint after the first warning or so. Surprisingly, a few of the younger villagers took a shining to his method of controlled escalating violence, with more following suit as he decided to tell stories of his life and his world to those that were willing to listen. The favorite was definitely when he faced off against Necrozma in Ultrapolis or whatever during his brief stint into Ultra Space.

He was also going in the good graces of some of the major players as well. Of course there was Hiccup and Toothless, with him getting along well with the viking and Toothless in particular getting well with his Pokemon, and M16, whom he made a commeraderie with. The giant woman, Pink Diamond, proved invaluable in healing his team, due to the now apparent lack of Pokemon Centers at all, though he was kind of put off with her needing to cry all the time. Even if she was a hard light hologram of a living sapient gemstone, he still worried she might dehydrate herself. Wulfrik, the other viking, he saw mutual respect in due to a fellow dude with a love of brawling.....though, Wulfrik idea of a good brawl was a bit too.....fatal for Guzma's tastes. Majima he also had a healthy respect for and working relationship with somewhat, but Guzma preferred to keep him at arm's length due to the man being obviously a yakuza. Amaterasu, on the other hand, Guzma wanted to hang around with more due to the wolf reminding Guzma of the Tapus back on Alola, except a lot less fickle and more compassionate and caring. However, he may have lost brownie points due to Masquerin and Ariados kept eating all those tiny little plant people.....

If Guzma wanted to ally himself with someone, he felt himself pulled towards the duckman, Scrooge Mc Duck. His life story and attitude somehow resonated with the trainer. Money was not something Guzma was interested himself, but he felt there was a connection between him and the billionare regardless.

Most of the other people he was ambivalent with, mostly due to them focusing on the political side of the brudgeoning society or him not interacting with them much. He wanted to befriend that robot Zenyatta though, and that biker babe looked cool. Plus that cat like creature Rocket - Racket? - Rachet and his little robot buddy looked cool. Naga was fine as a business partner but that grating laugh put him off, and her arrogance at her skill would have been a lot less tolerable if she did not actually back it up. Plus Guzma thought the sorceress might have been a bit brain damaged. Chun-li he gave a wide berth because he was essentially a cop. He did not like cops. There was only on cop in Alola that was not some spineless wussy and the only one that could take him on in a Pokemon battle despite his specialty having the type disadvantage. Chul-li he respected, seeing her as the first cop that could match him in a fistfight.....and actually win!

Unfortunately, Guzma did have a shit list, as short as it was. First was this one guy who called himself the Riddler. Arrogant prick's brain seemed to be permanently stuck on "I'm hot shit and Arceus' gift to you pitiful human", and was a total coward when to came time to own up. Guzma had to control himself to not tear into the pompous nerd by literally the third total conversation, and that was on the second day. Since then Guzma opted to just avoiding the Riddler for his own mental health, but the bug specialist swore the second Nygma looked at him fun, he would punch that scrawny prick's teeth out. The second number on the shit list was a collection of ex-Fire Nation thugs that did not want to play by the rules and were harassing the villagers left and right. Guzma usually put them in their place before things got out of hand, and over time they did learn to behave themselves. Though, the trainer though it was less actual fear of him and more like someone was telling them to avoid him.....

But anyway, thoughts for later. It was time to scope out a ship.....
