There are lots of social media platforms where tropers like to hang out, including Discord, but we don't provide or sponsor anything officially other than our Facebook page.
We also don't encourage people to request the creation of articles. Our cardinal rule in this area is, "If you want it done, do it yourself." This Is A Wiki, after all.

if there is already one discord server for tvtropes, how come I was not aware of it? I need to join this server so that I can notify alot of people of the video games they should add for tvtropes or anime / mangas as well.

I believe ~Adric De Psycho might know about a TV Tropes Discord server, if there is one.

They're just ones including several tropers but for the most part aren't situated specifically around TV Tropes and include a few non-tropers or people who haven't used the site in ages. Mostly just a bunch of friends chatting and stuff.
