This will blow all of your minds (even Sam Curt's!): not one, not two, but three posts with good quality images comparing Yuru Camp's anime locations with those of real life. The kicker? The author found all of those spots using naught but Google Street View.

I happened to find a tweet of some guy guessing that Caribou is based on that particular store chain, so I looked it up and confirmed that that store did sell camping gear. That's all. :x

Bet no one saw this coming: a second OVA. There's also a third OVA that will come out in just a little less than two weeks.
That second OVA came out at least a month ago, I think. The third one sounds nice, though. Seems like it'll be a beach minisode.

OVA is out. It's Survivor Man meets CGDCT: an amazing addition to the series where the girls parachute from a failing plane, land on a tropical island and then go about making the most of their situation. Total runtime is 12 minutes.

Man, I'm actually kind of not sold on this OVA. It was great to see the girls again, but the tone was very wacky and not at all like the humor of the rest of the series.
It's been fun.

This season's Heya Camp△ is actually a spin-off of Yuru Camp. It's nice, but unfortunately each episode is only like 3 minutes long, so it's like getting to eat only a single chip at a time.

Can't remember if we had confirmation of this before or not but we now have a trailer for season 2.

Man, watching this after spending months cooped up inside is just something else.
So, the Outdoor Activities Club was originally the result of Chiaki wanting to share with Aoi the magic she felt when camping with her parents. Considering how much it meant to her, one can say that her friendship with Aoi is a long and meaningful one
