Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links (Mobile)

Does anyone play this? It is the official mobile phone game by Konami. I am enjoying it.

I do ^^ I have every character unlocked so far at Level 29 or 30, and I'm procrastinating on Stage 52. My favorite thing about it is the voice acting and characterization! I liked it so much I gave it a trope page when it was still in beta XD

WOW your a really high level. I am only level 26 lol. What is your duel rank on ranked duels? Also, is Yami-Bakura a unlockable character? He is my personal favorite.

I'm around the 30s. I was really annoyed at the Yugi event though, I only got two Magnet Warriors, Alpha and Beta. No Gamma or Valkyrion.

Ya it is annoying when there is a event and you miss out on things from the event or you just missed the event completely because you did not start playing until after it happened.

In the same boat with the Magnet Warriors. Even got two Deltas because I figured I'd get at least one Gamma and Valk. Bleh.

Right now I only have Pegasus to finish levelling, which should be just in time for the new character that's apparently showing up this month. Then I guess I should work on stage levels. I hung around Stage 38 forever.

I'm personally stocking up gems to take advantage of that return for some of the older packs that's coming back later this week.

Oh that's good to hear that some older packs are returning. I believe there was some nice things in them.

Yeah, older ones like Ultimate Rising and whatnot are going to be making a comeback for a tournament that has a Duel Links division.

Not sure how that's going to work, really.

Yami Bakura and Pegasus are unlockable in events, with Yami Marik apparently going to follow suit. Bakura was here about a month ago and Pegasus a couple weeks ago, but don't worry, they'll be back! Yugi has also shown up as an event NPC but it isn't known if he's playable or not.

Yeah, I figured Marik was available after I heard him scream "YU GI OH DUEL LINKS!" at the title screen once XD

Someone found a ton of unreleased characters who were at least named in Duel Links’ data. There’s a ton of GX characters and some DM characters! They could be leftover assets from other games like Millennium Duels or Legacy of the Duelist, though, so we might not see them for a good while, if ever.

I finally unlocked Ishizu, and I've been grinding at her for a while to get a lot of her other cards since I like their designs.

Knock knock...this thread still alive? Just got this game last week and got hooked. Been maining joey and Mokuba decks, trying to get all the necessary tools for a solid Red Eyes deck.

The game came out on Steam today! You can use the Data Transfer to transfer the data from the phone to the computer and vice versa, as long as you have a Konami ID.

So I'm determined to go full F 2 P (I need to like the game to a certain degree before I spend money on fremium and I'm not fond of some of their business practices, though I still like it enough to keep playing) and I'm struggling to keep up with the meta, which seems a common experience. Hopefully the synchros come soon, should shake things up.

To be F 2 P is to suffer, friendo. I tried my best but once sylvans came out I went all in. Fur Hires are still kind of around despite the nerfs and...amazoness dont think need too many U Rs...

I’ve been going F 2 P for a while. I’m just glad the game gives you a great way to earn in-game currency without buying it.

Took its damn time. If anyone wants more details in advance, quite a bit's been datamined.

Annnd its here at last! 6 Synchro era characters ready to rev it up, as well as a new box filled with synchro goodies. Gustos, X-Sabers, Blue Eyes, and Stardust Dragon are all getting support, as well as a new structure box equipped with Gravity Warrior and Junk Warrior.

Also...it seems people have been having trouble how to Unlock Luna, but here are the ones I know.

• Yusei: Play 10 wind monsters
• Akiza: Reach stage 6 to get her unlock missions
• Crow: Defeat a Cyber Security npc with 5000 or more to unlock his missions
• Leo: Reach stage 10 to unlock his missions

Luna is 100 duels with Leo.

Honestly, there are some notable issues here. The new characters only up to level 30 and Yusei only has his ace through a skill, with proper copies in a box (also his base deck is all random normals and his level up cards aren't great either).

Looks like 2019 is gonna be exciting: Expect a 5DS story mode to be coming soon!

Ah, cool. Now we'll be able to actually get cards that they use rather than useless ones. Yusei's starting deck and level cards are so garbage I just gave him a Gladiator Beast deck to use.
