Submitted my first project script for a university assignment.
The results were a mixed bag, so to say.
The markers shook their heads at the slow pacing and the unlikable main protagonist, but they admired my ability to write a 70-page commercial-hour show script.

Inter-Dimensional Traveler
I just finished the rough draft for a short screenplay and it's a little over 20 minutes, if you go by the 1 page = 1 minute format.
I just need to go back and revise it. I got a scene that needs to be fleshed out more, and some of the non-dialogue text seem a bit too wordy. I don't expect to make any major changes aside from adding a couple of scenes.
It is mostly meant for practice and to force myself to actually finish something for once, but it'd be cool if it ever actually be produced.
Alas, my computer charger quit working, so I'm gonna need to get a new one before I can do any of that.

I’m working on writing more screenplays. I’m still pre-college, but I’d like to major in screenwriting and directing. My dream is to create my own TV show someday. I’ve started a lot of pilot scripts, but have only finished one (because that was the only one I had fully plotted out). anyways, hi!

sigh...hi, just wanted to make this thread to gather all screenwriters to chit-chat and talk about their script endeavors. I'm a bit of a noob in this medium since i don't understand how to make something that doesn't end up sounding like prose or ended up sounding boring. either way, i just wanted to say hi and come on in.
