(Lucy walks out with Eliot.)

It's all right, Eliot. (Delilah says to Eliot.) To be honest, I kinda got a little wound up, too. I can't believe I had the gumption to try reasoning with the king over what we should be doing.

Hey, maybe it's that determination you and Renata said you had before your accident coming out or something. (I suggest to Delilah.)

Huh...maybe... (Delilah says. She looks thoughtful for a moment.)

(Lucy, meanwhile, looks up at Eliot.) Yeah! You're cool, Eliot! (She tells him.)

Treasure

Hmm, okay. (Cam says, nodding.) Umm...Sar here probably isn't gonna need one. Think the others and I are gonna need one. Uh... (She looks at the others. A Zoroark, a Quagsire, a Greninja, and an Umbreon.) Think we'll take one of the small ones and three of the medium ones. That should work, right?

Mila follows the others as they exit the throne room, hoping that the knot in her stomach will untie itself soon. It takes her a moment to realize that she's still carrying Niles even after the immediate situation has resolved. Not wanting to bother him, though, she decides to hold on until he makes some sign that he'd prefer otherwise.

"Everything will be fine!" Lies Autumn, as she exits with the party. "Everything is fine and okay! The elite of this kingdom are top-notch, really! Here, I know a... r-really good place to stay. Run by this nice family. We c-can... go there!"

Marlon > Marsha, Eliot, Finley, castle exit

Heh, I'm sure that's what'll happen next..

(I say. Admittedly, I find myself thinking back to that night in Gleamscape and...I utter another love-sounding growl. But thinking a little more on this, if that's what happens between the two of them...and allowing for another possible kid to be in our party...let's not think about that for now. )

(As we make our way along I also have something to say to Eliot:)

I gotta say Eliot, you really do have a fire in your belly about wanting to get in there and fight.

(I simply nod in agreement with Finley's idea of finding someone that'll allow us to stay with them and also add:)

You lead the way, Autumn.

Noriaki follows Finley, a bit of concern written on his face from Autumn's stuttering.

(I spoke my mind.) I'll admit, I did want to just head on over to taker her out without planning ahead. Besides, if one attempt was botched, another will probably be. Plus, she didn't exactly sound too subtle when she broke out.

Castle

Heard dat, Marly! (Marsha snickers.)

[I find myself stammering alongside Fautumn,] "Um, uh, are, are y'sure? I mean, I, da, you know the city better than, than we do, so I'm...not..."

[I sigh, letting out another small cloud of smoke and beginning to ramble...] "So...what, do we wait for the king's men t'just...fix this? They gonna chase her somewhere or som'n? Then what? Recapture her, yea, fat chance a'that...if she could bust through a castle in...what, under a minute? Either this thing's made a'the shiniest paper mache, or she's got people jonesin' for her on the inside or somethin'." [...wait, isn't there also...] "...or...well...she Mega Evolved...that is also a thing here..."

Seeing Autumn struggle to keep her composure, Mila rushes over to her to try to help, though she stops short of a hug as she's still carrying Niles. It's clear that the general attitude of aggression in the group is getting to her as her tail flicks back and forth rapidly as shes moves and her ears are flattened against her head, but her eyes remain soft and concerned.

"Please, Autumn, you don't have to lead us right now if you're worried... but remember, they've been fine so far. If your parents could stop it without knowing what was happening beforehand, they'll be even more prepared now, right?"

Mila herself doesn't know how much she really believes that, but it's worth a shot.

(Suddenly, a Latios falls out of the sky.)

“Uuuugh..... Rhino....Rhino feeder......ugh.... who are you?”

Salty's kinda unsure how to feel about all this. On one end, they'd like to help considering what just happened, but on the other, they do have their best soldiers on it and they're... yeah. They just decided to follow Autumn.

"So, what're these people like? Assumin' friendly."

Sometime in the past Dana had gotten separated from the group. Once they leave the castle she notices them and joins up.

(Okay, take 2......)

(Er, wait, that’s not actually what happened. Instead, it appears to have been a Glaceon that fell from the sky.)

Outside castle

(Feeling a little bit better after we're out of the castle, I look around and spot Dana, and also a...Glaceon that looks like they just took a nasty fall?)

Heya, Dana! Heya...random Glaceon? (I greet them.) Dang, is that guy all right?

Well, someone check! (Marsha says.)

(Delilah walks over to the Glaceon stranger and tries to help them up.) Hey, are you all right?

“I would happen to be alright...... where is this place, and who are you?”

Foxfell

A Skuntank wearing a boatsman's hat comes over.

"Oh, yer in Foxfell, matey. We kinda arrived recently ourselves. As fer names, ye can call me Salty."

Marlon > Glaceon

(A Gallade with a multicolored scarf along with a bandaged right knee walks up to the Glaceon.)

Who am I? Name's Marlon.

Yeah, what D-...Salty said. (I say, walking over.) Uh, you can call me Goobert. The Dragonite in the swimsuit right there is Delilah.

Hello! (Delilah nods at the Glaceon.)

The short Swampert with Marlon is Marsha, and that Riolu is Lucy. (I go ahead and introduce Marsha and Lucy.)

Heya. (Marsha says. Lucy simply smiles and waves.)

I approach the Glaceon. "My name is Wrench."

Foxfell Castle

Róisín has long since left the castle alongside the others. She's currently in a distinctly grim mood; perhaps the escape of a regicidal criminal practically before her very eyes has something to do with that. She spies the newcomer Glaceon and side-eyes him, but says nothing.

Glaceon -> Everyone Else

“As for my name, I am afraid I do not know my name. In fact, I do not know anything that happened before I arrived in this strange kingdom..... Foxfell, was it?”

Outside castle

Jeepers, he doesn't remember his name? (Marsha asks, worriedly.)

Yeah, this is Foxfell. (I tell the Glaceon.) You don't remember anything?

(I worriedly look to the others. I'm really not sure what to say or do about this.)

Glaceon -> Goobert

“Okay...... could you describe the rest of the kingdom? And yes, I don’t remember my name.”

"Oh, lord," [I say almost reflexively at the revelation of the newcomer's amnesia. I'm glad that never happened to me...that would be a special kind of hell. I let out a deep sigh, clearly worried, and start over towards him, this form and whatever faux pas it entails be damned.]

A Salazzle, wearing a tattered red shawl with golden fasteners, a satchel tucked under her, or, as the others would know, his arm, approaches the Glaceon. There's something off about his eyes...they're wide open, a brilliant bluish-purple, and a dark ring surrounds each of them. "If," he starts, answering the Glaceon's question, "you...wanna know about this place...we're not really the people t'ask." He glances at the Braixen for a brief spell before asking him, "...do you have...anything y'could call yourself?"

Outside castle

Well...uh...it's got lots of dog and fox Pokémon for one...kinda reminds me of Fr- (I quickly stop right there, just in case.) ...friendly places I've know of. Other friendly places I know of...and...uh...yeah...Eliot's right, we don't really know this place as well as others do. We aren't from around here.
