Following on from the Hazy-Feel Turn example, I thought I'd suggest Alternate Continuity, especially as it's been discussed here.

Sometimes it's used to mean the same thing as Alternate Universe, but isn't it where a work exists in its own separate, mutually-exclusive universe that doesn't interact with the main one?

It's linked to a lot of pages, maybe this needs a cleanup?

This has been in the Trope Finder and at Trope Talk as a topic. I think it needs checking to ensure people are using it correctly as a trope (even I'm guilty of misusing it when I didn't quite understand what it meant!)
